Normally I don’t review bad about the business. However, I have to review this time. It was Very Bad customer service. The lady is very rude as she screamed and angry at you when you asked where is the sloppy lid because there was none on the shelf.

Very rude customer service provided by the lady at the front counter. Some feedback if she or the store likes to support a positive environment for workers and customers interaction.

My partner and I went to the store and had a free coffee coupon. We presented it at the counter with the coffees. She said the coupon’s not valid, i checked the date and it said valid till 2022. Then she say we don’t take these coupons, then asked where we got it from?
We say from a friend and she rudely said tell your friend to pay for your coffee then. It was so awkward, we said don’t want the coffees, she took the coffees away and said, “don’t come to the store, if you don’t have money to pay for the coffee”.

Then when we threw the coupons on the counter and left the store.
Then she demanded thats not how you treat people. Well then you should treat people the way you want to be treated. It’s not about the coupons or the coffee, but a very disrespectful manner in which she interacted.

This is something that adds stress to her life and then upset customers as well. If you see this review, please consider speaking little bit more gentle with others. I don’t know you so i feel bad for commenting on your identity but for the sake of everyone’s day, we should be little bit gentle and at least speak politely with others.

Don't bother getting any krispykreme donuts from 7/11, they are soooooo DRY! We wonder how longs it been on the shelf.

The slerpees here are terrible, made me sick for a few days. Donuts are good though and the staff is ok.

Worst costomer service the lady she dont know how to talk with the kids she is soo rude.she dont know to say Hi, Hello, thanks, nothing.i dont know how she is working there.she must learn how to be talk with the kids.

Worst customer service from a lady staff this morning (1/2/2019). Not something you would wanna face on the first day of a month.
I would have given a no star if there was an option.
While i was trying to show my fuel app for redeeming an offer on my turn.staff ignored me with an attitude and said "next please" to the person behind me in the que.
I said i havent finished and requested to redeem the voucher on my phone.
She declined my voucher redeem request and said only voucher per transaction.
So should i pay for fuel first, then go back and stand in the que and pay for coffee? What the hell is happened with that staff.never again i am going to use any service from this store.

Dissapointing coffee at this outlet. Avoid at afternoon school times, too much congestion from school opposite, you'll be lucky to find a car space, in or out of the car park.

When Slurpee's are normal price, this 7-Eleven is always out of the extra large cups. Their excuse is that they are located near 3 schools. Well here's an idea, ORDER MORE! But it's obviously all about profit at this store, and not service. Overall, probably the worst example of a 7-Eleven store. If I could give no stars or even negative I would not hesitate.
