Would not honour a deal which they had a poster for of $2 Doritos with any drink purchase. Girl said it has changed even though it had the validity date on the promotion for another two months!
Don’t have promotions in your store if you are not going to honour them! It is not right
Just had a bad experience with the night staff. The staff is not professional and not helpful plus communication way is rude.
Worst staff I have ever seen special night staff Mr. Shrinivas. He argues without any reason and also he said I don’t care if you want to talk to owner or manager go for it.
Their system was down so only accepting cash payments, which is totally fine. But the guy also said they can't do price match that is locked on the app. I understand that the service doesn't work, but you can see the locked price on my phone and he refused to match that. I use 7eleven for the reason of the price match, what is the point of being part of the system if you can't give your customers promised discounts?
The Asian staff is very rude and always say random things that doesn't make any sense.whenever I ask where a product is, he always answer "I don't know. "
I received the worst service and attitude from Kevin at 7-11 Oakleigh South I have made 7 visits to 7-11, after which I am able to receive a reward. I went to redeem this (I chose the free Krispy Kreme doughnut). As I do not have mobile data, I screenshot the reward whilst at home on wifi, and showed them to Kevin at the Oakleigh South store. He wouldn’t accept the photos and insisted I pay him $3 for the doughnut which was meant to be free. I found this to be ridiculous. What is the point of a rewards app for customers if it is not even possible to redeem the reward? Kevin’s behaviour was rude and appalling and I would never recommend anyone to that store!

Always trying to force you to buy chocolate bars at all times of the day. Mate it's 7am, im not buying a kit kat. Short changed me. 25 bucks petrol and a $2 coffee and I get some silver coins and a 20 note change from a 50.didn't realise until I got to work.
Used to visit most of the weekdays to have the $1 coffee from here. The staffs are friendly and cool. Always they welcome as a nice smile. The near by fuel station is so helpful for us.
Mr. Siva, one of the staff there is the most arrogant and ignorant customer representative’s I’ve ever seen. I think business is loosing a lot of customers because of his attitude.
Staffs here are always very friendly and helpful. Not my nearest petrol station but its one of my favorite ones in Melbourne.
I visit the the store almost everyday. Staff here are super friendly, especially Rohith. I genuinely forgot my wallet once and he let me go and bring my wallet without any making a fuss. I highly recommend this place.
If there’s no star I’d choose it. I asked to use both petrol lock voucher and free coffee voucher, and I made it clear even it doesn’t save me money on this petrol voucher, I just want to get rid of it so I can kick in the lower price now, which I’ve done many times in other 7/11. The counter scanned my petrol voucher, somehow insisted me to get the coffee first then come back to check out. I did. Then came back to check out. He only scanned my coffee voucher this time, and let me pay for everything. It turned out, he didn’t scan the petrol voucher! This just wasted my whole purpose of coming here! I could just go to any petrol station closer to me if not for the voucher task. I asked if he could cancel the transaction and do it again. He refused and tried to convince me it was properly done but it’s not. My lock in is still locked! And he tried to explain how to get rid the voucher by topping more petrol or wait for more days. Well I just filled my tank and the price could change in a few days. I wish he could really listen to what I need and slow down to really help. Very bad customer service experience unfortunately this time and definitely no coming back.

The Asian guy with glasses is super rude and does not care about customer services. All the people seem to be polite at register but he should be removed from the front line.
The worst and the rudest customer service, the indian owner force every customer purchase $2 KitKat, and ask 3 times. I only for for my breakfast, but he stack over 50 KitKats for wasting people's time. I don't think I will be come back to this store on future. It's better visit other 7-eleven.
Worse customer service ever. The CSR is super rude to me. I lost my card and I had notes and coins with me. I had almost 35$ coins and he denied he won't accept it because it's not his job. He insulted me in front of other customer. Thats the worse service ever
Could not have had a better customer service experience anywhere! Thank uou to the lovely gentleman who delivered a sensational experience starting with a genuine compliment then offering hand washing and hand cream to deal with my feisel smelling hands prior to heading off for an interview. The only negative was on me.i didn't ask for his name. Well done kind sir, you added to a fabulous morning.

Staff is very rude for no reason! Friend recommened 7 Eleven App on mobile phone so I thought give it a go. I registered App on my phone and top up with $60. Filled petrol $61.05 tonight and and asked if I can pay $60 from 7-11 card then pay the $1.05 with cash. The guy was impatient and said either pay by bank card or cash. He did not have time to help me because two customers wating behind me. Acturally I only dealing with the guy for less then one minute but I waited for others to be served first. Very disappointed with their service I would not go back to this store and would not recommend 7-11 petrol to any other people!
