Bought coffee today and cup was 3 quarter filled and I asked the shopkeeper to check if the machine is out of milk, because my coffee cup didn't get filled. He looked at the cup and said my cup is full. I was surprised when he said that. I guess That's how they increaseing there profit.

I was intending to purchase fuel at about 3: 30am, but I was told the store was closed, even though the petrol price LED sign was still displaying prices.

Worse experience of my life, approximately
8.45am 4th may 2023

I got a large coffee, value of $3
I had the app for the 50 cent discount, the man said it didn't work and I had to pay $3, I said I got a coffee earlier and it worked. After a bit of confrontation, I said call your manager and he refused and said take the coffee for free and get out of here, I said I pay my way so put the $2.50 in so I can go, after a bit more confrontation and the line of customers building up, he put the transaction through for $2.50 and I said you got problems mate.

Can you please train your staff

Absolute worst customer service ever. Terrible understanding and communication (repeat yourself 10 times), and they still don't understand or are full of it. Overcharged, refuse to help, won't provide basic bathroom needs. Spare yourself the dissatisfaction and go somewhere else.

We went past this petrol station to fill up with petrol i proceeded to go and pay I then asked the person behind the counter where the bathroom was, as i have travelled from a far, the service attended said there are no amenities for costumers basically go away. As far as i know all service stations with official road signs are required to provide free toilet and hand washing facilities to customers. 7-Eleven you get some stuff right but not this one shame on you.

Advised something very important us and the police relating to footage one day, and said completely the opposite the following day. Unreliable.

I went to buy some firewood. When the original price came up on the register it was $18.95. The other shop man spoke in another language and then the register person swapped the price to $19.50. I didn't feel confident in this practice and believe I was being changed more because of my appearance or something.

Very well stocked 7/11 petrol station and convenience store. Very friendly and helpful staff with lots of specials including one dollar coffee - add two dollars and get a cake. Petrol prices are quite reasonable and competitive. There easy access from both Buckley Street and Mt. Alexander Road.

Filled up fuel here at about 10.30pm on 21/5/18 and got pretty mediocre service. I tried filling up my scooter (only 6L tank) and was told on the PA that I needed to prepay fuel. I begrudgingly went in to prepay but then the tank filled up more than what was prepaid, so I had to go back inside the 7/11 a seccond time. Pretty inconvenient for what's supposed to be a convence store. Why make honest people prepay if the system is pointless?

The way 7-Eleven stores should be.lots of petrol pumps, plenty of room inside, and extras such as gas bottle exchange, ice, firewood, and 24/7 Australia Post parcel delivery lockers. The usual range of convenience store products inside, and staff who are actually friendly.
