7-Eleven Karingal

I went to this 7-Eleven at 1am due to it being close by. Stood at the window for five minutes waiting to be served (ringed bell). Indian man actively avoids eye contact until I come to the main door to set off the door alarm. I ask for two items, one of which is incorrect, he does not bother to check with me if it's right and proceeds to overcharge me, while talking to his mate in his airpods. Would not recommend.

7-eleven on McMahon's/Cranbourne road is much better!

Another petrol station that wouldn't let my 6 year old kid go to the toilet. Thankfully they at least directed me to the Hungry Jacks nextdoor, but seriously let kids use toilets.

Went in to grab a lighter on the way to my nieces birthday party (to light the candles for the cake) the guy who served me asked if I wanted a chocolate, I politely declined and he kept pushing … if someone says no the first time respect it

Poor attitude from the guy working after 11pm 1st april 2023.
I asked for 14 litres, but pre-paid $20 because he did not calculate the cost of 14 litres.all other service stations have a calculator and the care to use it.

You either do the job right the first time, or you prolong the process by doing it wrong.

The staff member made it all very difficult, even after i paid with my card, he stopped the pump at 13 litres around $23, as if i was going to not pay for the remaining $5 worth of fuel.

I simply wanted a full tank, which i was 1 to 2 litres from getting.
Prepay on a bike is guessing how much fuel i need.

He kept eyeing me off because i'm wearing a balaclava, well i was on a motorbike with all the other gear, i took my helmet and gloves off atleast.

I was much happier when i went back to my local fuel station, where i know the staff are easy going, i can fill up and pay with my helmet on.

I would not visit this fuel station again, a poor experience.

DO NOT use the car wash here. You won’t get what you pay for. Seems like they rarely service it or refill the wash/wax fluids.

7 Eleven is a place that sells a vast variety of items. These can include: their famous slurpees, a.k. A a frozen drink that can come in many flavors (flavors may differ depending on store/availability), donuts from a highly recognised brand, and sandwiches. There is also a large variety of junk food and lollies to choose from.

This 7-Eleven store is located in a prime main road location, just before peninsula link and major intersection. It boasts 4 automatic coffee machines and a spacious store layout. Clerks are always friendly and you're in and out in in good time.

In general fine, but the staff member who generally works the graveyard shift has accused me of stealing and is also very aggressive in upselling, going so far as to scan products I didn't want telling me "you'll take it" this has happened on several occasions.

Since when are you not allowed into the shop till 4am.been going to this store for a long time and all of a sudden was told store is closed till 4am. I didn't see a sign stating this on the doors.

Customer service in store and on the phone is horrible, I try calling to see if a product is available but they never answer

I often stop by to fill up and grab an el cheapo albeit great tasting coffee on my way to work. Fast and friendly service.

Doesn’t even deserve one star to be really honest. Extremely disappointing experience. Encountering possibly the rudest, arrogant night staff worker i have ever come across in all my life. Assumes the very worst in people, with no reasoning for suspicion. Employee snatched the free sauce sachets off my son when he purchased a pie. Shakes his head when he has to come and unlock/open the door during late hours (as if paying customers are extremely bothersome) 7 eleven take note of the employees that represent your company. Various other service stations in the area so would highly recommend to go elsewhere if you need something late at night. No decent PAYING customer deserves to be treated In such a disrespectful manner.

Omg! I don't know the name of the good man who just served me but not only was he incredibly humourus, kind and gave great life advice but can not thank him enough for the experience I just had in my half asleep visit! I left my samsung galaxy S7 behind only for a very fun way to realise I really had just left it there! Thankyou! Thankyou! You are the best! So random but you are awesome! Thankyou!
