Night time window again is like a joke. 3 coffee machine cleaning at the same time if you believe it? They don’t want to go and make coffee so they are lying instead…

This kind of store contains everything a household would need just like the corner milk bar back in the old days.
Prices may be a little bit higher than your local supermarket but it is the convenience of 24-hour service that it holds.

Third class experience we stand outside for service the guy who work inside he saw us and still didn’t come for service. We wait for at least 35 min. No interest in work

Just needed a pack of water after midnight. The guy said he got the water but can’t give me cuz he’s not supposed to open the door. I think he meant, one can only buy stuff that could slide beneath that night window. Don’t know how businesses deals with emergencies in this country.

15/12/2021 time 3.25 am ordered $2 coffee but received $1 coffee also waiting for that more than 15 minutes.the lady just took the order and she just working doesn’t care about customer waiting.

Very bad service. I am a night driver, and every night have to stop at service station, tonight i got over here, the guy was very iresponsible, he made a coffe for me with the same hands he was moping the floor, & i don't know why he was in a hurry, he didn't even fill the cup and did'nt add sugar as i mentioned him.

My favourite 7-11. Its kept clean all the time. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful

Went there for doing Moneygram at 12: 15am on 7 July 2021. It was locked but I had the paperwork to process the money but the bloke said that he couldn’t do anything. Not letting me enter but through the window he can take money and do that as I have done that before in that same store. Maybe he was guided like that but the WAY HE TALKED TO ME WAS VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND RUDE. You can say NO politely. HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE NECESSITY. Later I went to Leakes Rd 7 eleven and the bloke over there processed it in 30 seconds and for him.

Showing empathy should be part of the team and any business culture, the lady on the counter just don’t have that. After filling the fuel I mentioned about the free coffee coming on my banner, for which she just busted out that I have to mention it before billing. Honestly I don’t see it mentioned anywhere on there ad banner. A dollar coffee also does not mean a lot to pay, denial with a smile would have been a much better experience.

Really BAD customer service, one Indian lady this morning asking me if I was the car who doing a runner last night. That really bad thing to do Accusing me/customer as petrol theft, just because I was driving black car. Her attitudes need to be fix toward servicing customers and it's not OK at all to accused someone of stealing, in fact they had security cameras to see the car who doing a runner

What is the point of a 7-Eleven that you can't get into because the doors are locked because they're so worried about being robbed

Really bad customer service and the store was really dirty
Empty shelves and coffee machine area was dirty

Special mention to the Gay kiwi guy Kerin. So helpful and has the best customer service. This service station is always clean and even though there is a lot of road works going on this services station is still busy.

Ohh My God. Why this Punjabhi guy (28/04/18 12: 15 AM) is soo RACIEST (I am not at all a racist because he is wearing a turban and I do respect Indian and this is just my experience) He is very rude and don't have any respect towards his customers.as a loyal 7/11 customer I felt very sad and bad for being there: (

One of my favorite 7-11's. They are always clean and the customer service I've always recieved has been very polite, with a smile and easy communication. I had gotten to know one of Tyre staff members very well quite easily and we would chat about our respective jobs all the time. Only thing I don't like is that door buzzer when people walk in, it's way too loud. I often cover my ears as I enter.

I really like this 7/11 because they are clean friendly helpful and are there for the customer.

Great to have this petrol station and convenience store here. The price seems to be often lower than nearby ones. With the Williams Landing further development and the coming Business Centre next to it, I believe it will benefit more people.
