7 When i went to fill the perol at 7/11 particularly on the heathes road and when i told her to give me the coffee as incentives as it was shown on the app she denied saying coffee machine is not working and when after asking her to give alternate of the same again she denied and her name was priya she ws too too ride in saying that and she said do what u can.then what is the use of filling up the petrol with so expensive price aftr we have so good option with less price petrol.
Priya thats not the way you should behave to you customer after you are working with so reputed brand.
Hell language she used and was so rude.how she is into and working with them i dont.god save 7/11.
All staaf members are good
But I noticed from few days
One of the new guy can’t work properly
Maybe he is new Indian boy
Poor dealing with costumers
Ladies staaf are quite good
Great place for coffee petrol and diesel fuel pump water soft drink chips pies doughnut and lot of other things
Worst place ever. No toilet roll nor hand wash. When I asked about this, the staff was very rude.
I bought a iPad charger USB cable and I opened it and plugged the charger in to my iPad and then unplugged the charging tip just fell off in a sudden I was so schooled tho see this happen I hope the customer support staff of the store can do the refinements and replace it for free

Went to use the new car wash this morning and purchased the top wash. After the wash i went to replace my antenna only to find my car was still dirty. Avoid this wash if you want a clean car. Very disappointed.
