7-Eleven Glen Waverley reviews
15Staff are respectful, held 7-Eleven nicely and had tons of patience when serving a customer. The gas prices were starting to get high, but the store itself was in excellent condition. Came here every weekend, yet all the cashiers had an amazing attitude. Definitely coming back here!
Fill up fuel and was asking for the offer of free drink,
Staff denied and said offers finished
thieves
Old owners was good and staff was good
But new people is rubbish, lake of knowledge.
Great customer service, a real gentleman who helped me through the 7 11 app with hips of patience.that's awesome
Your attendant 'Lex' is absolute rubbish at customer service and just being awake in general during earlier hours of the day.
GET PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE
This 7/11 has the nicest clerks, couldn't get my payment to work and I ended up with a free slurpee. Thank you!
Awesome Service my kid forgot money at home and filled slurpee but the guy let him take it when he said he forgot money at home.
The prepaid petrol service doesn't work and it is necessary to go to the cashier couple of times. Also, the staff is careless about it.
Lady servicing this morning needs some customer service training. I chose a mixed dozen of Krispy Creme. As usual, there wasn't a box for 12, so I packed 4 into 3 smaller boxes. She wanted to charge me 3 x 4 packs. We had a discussion but she was adamant that I had to pay 3 x 4 packs. In the end, she gave in, but it didn't need to be an arguement, and common sense should have prevailed. She isn't doing Krispy Creme any service.
Very close to Holmesglen Waverley. Perfect to get a coffee there before a class. I highly recommend going to 7-Eleven.
Nice place but they don't have any wash rooms for that you have to go to the Mac across the street
Tonight, my wife and I had the same experience as one of the reviewers that we were treated with vulgarity of ‘f’ word and middle finger by this Chinese attendant and his girlfriend. His name is Yizhao. My wife told me that he is always very aggressive and unhappy with customers using the price locker voucher. I think the store owner does not care much about negative feedback about this Yizhao guy. May be he he is the owner’s son. That’s why he is so arrogant? !? Never visit this store if you see this Chinese guy named Yizhao is working there unless you enjoy verbal abuse from this guy. As mentioned by previous reviewer, he shouted the ‘f’ word over the PA system to abuse you. FIRE YIZHAO! SACK YIZHAO!
Worst 7 eleven of all time!
We got really offended after one of the Chinese employees at the shop insulted me and my mate by the F word.
This employee got really aggressive and shouted the F word few serval times at us.
He even shouted the F word from the speakers!
All this happened because my mate switched the cofee machines while he was making a cofee. My mate had switch it due to the cofee bin if the machine was full and the perticular employee has forgotten to empty the cofee bin.
No respect to customers at all.
Friendly staff member who served me, however the price listed on the product was inaccurate, if you put a price at $4.50, don't charge me $5.00, I even asked shouldn't this be $4.50? If I didn't have my kids with me I would have pushed the point. I know the ACC have a field day with shops who display this practice.
Definitely need another Coffee machine. It’s busy every morning and management don’t even bother. Factory workers are getting late in the morning waiting in queue.
