7-Eleven Geelong South

Tonight after a gruelling 8hr shift in the hospital I stopped to get fuel just before midnight. After waiting several minutes for the shop attendant to unlock the pump (he could not have walked slower to the front register while I stood there waiting) he made an announcement over the P. A system stating I needed to pay FIRST!
I was still in my hospital uniform! Am I a theft risk, am I?

Never, ever, EVER will I stop at this service station again.
What an absolute disgrace.

I happily got back in my car and drove to the next 7/11 service station in Newcomb (Bellarine Hwy).
Pulled up to the pump, got out of the car, the pump was almost simultaneously turned on for me and I filled my car.
Went into the store and paid via a lovely store attendant.

If you don’t want an insult at the end of the day - don’t ever go to the Latrobe Terrace 7/11.

I went to the 7-eleven at 325 Latrobe terraced geelong on the 14/6/23 at about 6.30am To ask if there was any chance of getting a regular cup empty for my medication The staff member said $2 full of coffee or empty.mind you I get my fuel of 7/11 and snacks. Not happy and not going back.

Bad customer service, no respect, bad behavior from the employee

I went to fill up my car on july 6 at 11.36 pm and it is the worst service I ever received at a 7 eleven. First we asked to me pay in advance but I told him I want to fill my full tank so how would I know how much fuel I will need. Then he didn’t agree and made me pay a $100. Then while filling the tank he stopped the pump at $92, then I have to go back in to ask what happened he said will give access again and again I came out to fill the tank and went bank in to scan 7 eleven card, then he gave me the change back in cash, about which I asked him to scan it before I paid the fuel. I am a regular customer at 7 eleven but this is the worst of them I ever visited. I will never be returning to this servo, and many of my friends also have same experience here. I will recommend everyone to avoid using this servo.

Just filled up after 10PM it’s prepay the unleaded91 price was 195.9 i’ve got locked fuel 159.9 i gave cash $50 before.after filling the fuel before asking me he settled the balance amount and giving the change $1.90
he was extremely rude saying that can’t do anything.very disappointed

Worst 7-eleven, few times here and same issue with their coffee machine, either not working or not being cleaned.
7-eleven need to take action in this store. Worst store in Geelong.
Worst customer service, workers always on phone.

Filled up here this evening. The attendant, young bloke with half afro hairstyle, was extremely rude. Snatched the item I was purchasing straight out of my hand and grumbled through the transaction. He was wearing his Ipods and was having a phone convo during serving me and was absolutely unprofessional and arrogant.

I visited there around 3pm, there were 2 staff member were working both was on their phone and coffee machine was so dirty.

Poor customer service and in the night fuel was prepaid and I payed 60 and started filling tank and the cashier stopped the fuel at 59.98 and again need to go in for letting him know he stopped 2 cents earlier. It felt like I'm looking for 2 cents. Please check the fuel and price during night filling.

Pity that every time the kids go to 7 Eleven they get ripped off - never get the right change back. Make sure you count the change they give you kids.

Great service here which is not always the case at a 7-11, Gary is a very friendly person and provides great customer service. Nice variety of snacks and whilst the prices are a little higher than the supermarkets, all 7-11s are like this, still good though.

Great 7 eleven. I went in and was served by a lovely lady on her first day. Very polite and keen to do the right thing. It is nice to see companies like 7 eleven hiring a diverse range of staff and providing employment opportunities to folks who might not always have the same chances as everyone else.

Always so friendly.except today apparently they charge 15cents for bags now. That is ok except for the fact I had exact money for my purchase and had walked down with my dog.little consideration would have been appreciated.

Great ppl, their customer service is outstanding. Very neat and clean store. Best coffee taste in the town. I have visited so many 7-elevens but their cleanliness standards are above all

The weekday employee who works here is so friendly and he has an amazing intuition. Over the last 8 months I've seen him develop that store with his smile and promotions. I have also seen that man encourage and guide the other employees to do better and work harder, he is an amazing man and the people around him are better for it.
Please keep up the amazing work.
