I receive the best customer service and always greeted with a smile. Very friendly staff. The store is always well stocked everything looks nice, clean and fresh! Highly recommend!

Was fighting with Manu’s phone to get service. Very very rude to be speaking on your phone to someone while attempting to serve. So unprofessional and I wish 7/11 would do something about this. Constant reoccurrence

This is a great 7/11 store! Like the old family run corner store of our childhood. Manu and her family are very friendly and helpful. Locals and visitors this is a must.

Said they couldn't scan my 7-11 app and charged me the full price. Please maintain your devices and not ask the customer to pay for the issues caused by your poor device maintenance.

Just love our 7 11 coffee started going to get out of house when covid struck. Staff at 7 11 near Geelong Hospital so friendly we're addicted.

The Customers service lady at this store the rudest person. She does not deserve that responsibility. Seven eleven should give her some training how to deal with customers. Very disappointing visit to this store.

Cashier was old lady. She is very impolite and newsense. I broke the Iced coffee cup, and coffee was leaking. So I grabbed $2 coffee cup and tip it in. She charged me $4. She said she charged another $2 as I used regular cup. I said $2 cup is with coffee in it. She then charged $1.

I need reply from you because i am the customer of you since 2018 my day start with 7/11 coffee and veg patties and fuel ️ in Melbourne but i just moved Geelong 3 months ago so this 7/11 is the closest to my place.
Mr Ravi is really a good and helpful person
But there is one lady who is really Rude. I guess she doesn’t likes Indian customers. She disrespect indian customer she talk like we are dog i write this because she done with me 2 times first time i think maybe she have family stress or work etc. But yesterday she done it same with my girlfriend this is not expected because she give her always respect like her mother. After that old lady come out from reception and start arguments you can check in camera as well then I don’t want to arguments with that person who don’t like Indian so i make 2 coffee and take patties and chicken sandwich so i leave everything front off her come out off store that’s it
If you want i will come back i need that lady say sorry to all Indian not to me i happy to come back

The old lady, is Rude, disrespectful, and has the worst customer service! To say the least. Do Not Recommend. I will never go there ever, again. Doesn’t deserve a 1 star rating, but you can’t leave no star rating, which is a shame as this business deserves no star rating. At the very least.

I totally recommend 7-Eleven because I'm a regular customer I totally recommend all my friends and everyone to go there they're very well mannered and cater for everyone's needs

Cashier was a old lady who was really impolite, we took 3 pizzas and 3 coffee, it took about 5 mins and she told us what are you guys doing in an impolite manner

I would hate to go on this 7 eleven again as the women working here is rude, have no sense of respect for other. I think this women is unsuitable for retail business.

Excellent customer service. Sophie and Ravi are absolutely amazing. They're the highlight of my morning coffee before work. The store has an excellent vibe just because of them.
