Only 7-11 store that I know that sells Out Of Date Sandwiches and thinks it’s ok. Manager is very rude. Will not go back on my lunch breaks

Charged me $48.83 for petrol, when on the bowser it clearly said $45.33.always check now. No apologies, he a rude little so & so gave me $3 back.never a
Had a problem here before, but now I will be very careful filling up here!

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Never had any issues. Have been visiting the places for years. Now under new management since a year, they are more helpful and very friendly.

This fuel station is on the way to Phillip Island and i went into the fuel station to fill fuel and went inside shop. The team member rude and he said he doesn’t have name id and he says he is the owner of the fuel station. He is rude and said that what ever i do to complain To head office or write reviews.

I feel bad such 7 eleven customers service and never seen such rude behaviour.

One of the worst experience I faced in Melbourne and in 7 eleven. I wish 7 eleven organisations will take care on this and not repeat in future.

Have been using this petrol station for 5+ years, let alone my family for 35+. Never had a problem until last week went to pay for fuel and got approved, went to walk out and had the owner yell at me and argue with me that I hadn’t paid because the eftpos machine didn’t print a receipt. Paid again. Got double charged, went back and had the guy argue again staying that I need to now go to my bank and he can’t do anything. Called bank, 45 day return. Called the guy again and got abused left right and centre. Absolutely disgusting after years of going there out of loyalty.
