And then they recently hired this young lazy kid who lies about when the coffee machine is cleaned, im allergic to the cleaner literally turning me into a very irritable human and i go back to show him the bubbles ontop of my coffee and he tells me to put it in the bin without offering me a refund.then when i become upset, he tells me to f.off twice! He knowingly poisened me, robbed me and then verbally assaulted me! So naturally i verbally assaulted him back. Find someone else DJ!

Worst 7/11 ever, I've been there twice, and the app promotion are not allowed in this store, for the first time I really thought is was the system problem, but at the second time I believe that'd just a discrimination.

My car broke down in the carpark and the guy working there was very helpful. I’m from out of town so his local knowledge was appreciated. Thanks again

I am a difficult customer as I am in customer service myself. These guys handle me with ease on a daily basis! DJ, Pychmong, Harry, Daljit, and the rest of the crew not only have amazing customer service skills but keep the place clean and well stocked. One of my favourite Sev's! A+

Just be careful what they are charging you, make sure you get a receipt. I got a sandwich $5, a tuna sushi roll thing $5, a piece of carrot cake $2 on app, two barista chocolate drinks, (2 for $6.50 in store special) 3 standard traveller pies ($6 on the app) and 6 mini donuts $6 i believe. Should have been $30.50 and I paid $35, after my app discount, whilst this place is only two minutes from my work I couldnt go back as I didnt get the receipt. I thought he said $27 and after discount $25, when I looked at my credit card it said $35. If the sandwiches aren't still $5, they should not still say $5 on the shelf and if the cake and pies didn't scan at $2, there is no point having the app. And if the drinks aren't two for $6.50 take that off the shelf too, pretty disappointing

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL TIMES.
The owner and the two older guys who work behind the counter.
Are the MOST ARROGANT PEOPLE IVE EVER MET.
They are continually rude to all the customers.
They walk away from the counter when you approach to pay and go do something else making you wait for more than 10 minutes.
When they finally come to serve you it's like your ruining there day.

24h, but window shop doesn't work, i cant see discounts and staff doesn't know the prices, can't buy anything here

Me and a couple of work mates stopped here during our nightshift at 02: 00, they grabbed coffees and sushi and I asked the guy to just top off my home brewed tea with tiny bit of milk.he flat out refused unless I bought something! Not to mention he was rude doing it. I would've understood if no one had bought anything or if he had been polite about it. 1st time I get refused a top off of milk at a 7-eleven.

Tried to charge $3 for a extra coffee cup with no coffee in it even though it was way to hot and was very rude

Went there around 2: 30am 6 December
Someone didn’t open the door.
Just being lazy
Waited for 5 minutes at the door.

Filled up for petrol pre paid, petrol didn't stop at prepaid total, had to pay the extra, felt hoodwinked from my money. Normally prepaid stops on the bowser at paid amount, not this one. Inconvenienced.

Ant infestation at the Slurpee machine, had to point it out to the cashier. Unsure if ants got in my Slurpee. *slow, nervous slurping*
