6The staff who work here are incredibly unhelpful and rude all three times I’ve been here at night. “Customer service” is virtually not existent. Avoid if you can and go somewhere else.
Appalling. Bowser extremely slow due to dirty LPG. My car-Fuel line have been affected. OHS concerns due to layout/Fire Extinguisher/Casing. Receipt given for purchase of LPG not compliant with ACL. Complained to Regional Manager with no reply. Lack of concern for their customers. DODGY business practices.
Great customer service here.the regular man on night is very nice and gives excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
My boyfriend was demanded to pay before I could get any petrol, its 2pm on a wednesday and I watched every other patron fill then pay the girl workers are the worst would rather push my car next time
Worst staff, went here when I had a cold and was looking at the meds but decided to just buy a drink and leave but was asked to empty my pockets when I got to the counter cos the staff though I shoplifted? And they kept staring at me when I showed them I had nothing, Indian guy with the beard should be sacked immediately

I was in the store for less than 5 mins looking out for vegetarian products or vegan for breakfast next to MACCAs in LALOR.
I was not even given time to think and buy. The north indian hindi speaking staff came with this alarm, tag warning me that if I do not have any work.please get out and its OUR 7 eleven policy.if you just look and go. We are not here to entertain you. He told me that he can push the emergency button to call the police.
Very humiliating and rude. This is not the way to deal customer. Thinking everyone are homeless alcoholics and druggies.
