Please drive past this store, staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. The petrol prices are inflated. They are higher then ampol and Shell near by. They don't care about any of the customer. All watering cans were empty. I enquired where I can fill them up and the staff member just pointed in a vague direction and grunted something. Also they don't sell special unleaded E10 Can't recommend it.

As I am paying and just waiting for the receipt the attendant goes why you want receipt I said because I need it, you now should pay 10$ for the receipt …. And I thought he was joking but more in to the conversation, I realised he was serious, then I went, I mate just give me the receipt because you need to give to me by law. Is this guy for serious hope 7 eleven teach is workers how to do is job and to be more polite, the costumer service is very appalling.

I go to this 7/11 3 times a day for coffees & always walk out a happy customer, TAMER & AHAB are my favourite & BEST workers there! They are always friendly, smiling & kind! Great Job guys KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, From Jojo

Human kindness at its best! The young India chap working today firstly was sensitive and perceptive in the fact he recognised and went out of his way numerous times to help an older chap who clearly needed assistance. Well done for representing what is best in humanity! An asset to seven 11.

I would probably not even give 1 star for the disastrous customer service. The place would improve by employing fresh tellers. The dude at the counter is pathetic (Tamer)

Today I had a very poor experience at my local 7/11 which I frequent for fuel trailer hire and other conveniences weekly. Today I had Tamer the attending staff member refuse a trailer hire because the wear and tear on my license was not clear enough for him to read. I believe the to be pretty unreasonable considering all information on your license is both of the front and rear of all Victorian licenses. The moral of this is that some humans are unfortunately just just that simple. Thank you for your inconvenience.

Drive pass every night before work and workers there alway playing with phone and make me stand in the cold waiting for them to finish playing with phone. I've decided never to go there no more I rather drive further and find some where that takes there buisness more seriously.

Reliable 7-eleven for your general needs, be it petrol, expensive milk, cheap Slurpees or coffee. I've never been "wowed" by their service but then I've never been disappointed either. It's my local 7-eleven and I've been here for all of the above goods, plus odd things like engine oil and car light globes. Average but dependable.

Becareful of staff attendant. Overcharged and gave wrong change at register. Bought 2 slurpee and charged me for 3.

Dude at the counter is so rude for no apparent reason and takes forever to authorize the fuel/open the door and forever whatever reason looks at u dead in the eye with no reaction while goin to open the door! Im a local and come here a lot and this really spoils the experience. He has a turban and works late nights! He needs more training ASAP!

As part of Milleara Mall shopping centre this handy service station is open 24/7 which gives you great opportunities to pick up those last-minute things you forgot to get. It also has petrol prices which aren’t too bad and the staff are quite friendly.
