Came to get fuel tank filled and collect the reward on my seven eleven app at night time. But the thing didn’t work through the window and lost the reward as well.
Could u please make sure staff scan the card properly.

Good Petrol Pump located on Bell Street at the corners of Coburg & Preston. One of the few stations/pumps to have a working tyre air machine. Fuel is usually low priced here and the location is convenient. In-store products are good for a quick supply run. Open 24/7 which allows for easy access to fuel, groceries & iconic 7-Eleven coffee.

Easy and smooth process. No drama and hassle free check out. Staff is good, helpful and cooperative.

Came into 7 11 asked to split the payment into 2 cards $50 the 1st $92 2nd bank card.
The staff member told me that he could not do that.
I told him if he can not I can not pay. I went to walk out and he changed his way and spil the payment.
I have a business bank card so I have to use paypass it can only paypass up to $99
He pulled me up on only using one card to do the spill payment. He said nothing about him lying about not being able to spill payment.

He clearly stated the he could not, he should have said he refused to do spill payment.

Worst experience I have had filling fuel.

I used to buys snacks from my partner and I here using the $10 for three deal but now it's more than $10 and that's upsetting, regardless I like how it gave me a monster energy addiction that was cool

Always happy place to visit
Especially Manager pavan and Shaizad are true legends.
But some customers are very rude with staff I feel pity for staff.
Always see one or the other customer fight with staff, even though the staff being friendly.
Need police officer at this store premises.

We visited 10.48pm he said use night window but as per law they can only start that window at 11pm, we requested can we just make a coffee and catch up some food, that guy was so rude and said no you can’t and was super disrespectful.
I used to buy coffee every night before work no more now.

I have been taking coffee on night windows from ages don’t make customers fool.

I think owner should take action about it

Patient and friendly staff at night. They will listen to your requirements and do the service exactly as you requested. The staff made me a hot chocolate as per my directions and it actually made me feel good. Thank you:)

I have always had a good experience when I go to this store. Very clean, well stocked and the cashiers are very nice.

BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING WITH SWIPE CARD!
staff frauded me on 16th October 2020 around 8: 40pm
Why am I so specific? Because it was Friday I wanted to treat myself, dropped in for 2 donuts 6.60$ payed by card, as usual no receipt.
Went in the car took a picture with my donut and drove home.
Once home I checked my account for my weekly report and realized staff double billed on my credit card, I called straight away then they told me to come in the next morning for the manager; who saw the screen shot of my bank account on Saturday 17th morning guess what? One of the bills was dated on the 16th of October and the other 19th but I have only been there on Friday evening and it's NOT EVEN MONDAY YET! But yeah the manager said my account is saying it's on the 19th so I'm the liar! No apology no refund just arrogance!
It is long weekend BE EXTRA CAREFUL! IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!

The guy Abhi he touching the rubbish and after that making coffee for customers before 5 am. He is very dirty and very rude.

Come here often for Slurpees. Very disappointed that they no longer have the Lemon-Lime and Bitters flavour, and replaced it with the rather terrible Skittle Slurpees.

I told the customer service person to give me the coffee tray as i need to kept it in my box and he gave me this cupbord and this happens. Worst Customer service

This people are very unhelpfull and the girl was full of attitude, they were speaking Indian the whole time and it was just wierd, I was polite and the man finally helped me but they all seemed bothered.

They suspect that you scammed them when you bought a Slurpee but you forgot to grab a lid or straw and then you have to spend a minute convincing them that you actually bought the Slurpee. Other than that it's a nice place.

Just awful customer service experience. Team member arguing me when I asked for clean Cup of Hot Chocolate which they usually keep in the counter instead of coffee machine area. They saying its ok to keep it there, although dust is clearly visible in the cup. As this is a health safety issue for the customer.
