WORST EXPERIENCE TODAY THE GUY IS SO RACIST TOWARDS ME I FEEL SO OFFENDED RIGHT NOW I WAS ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I WAS SO OFFENDED I DIDNT LIKE THE WAY THIS GUY WAS LOOKING AT ME LIKE I stole something he even ask me to open my pocket like I’m girl respect my boundaries this was at 9: 30pm and I got 2 donuts and he charged me $6: 50 im so mad and offended this is not good u shouldn’t have this type of people that think every black person stole like I walked outside and he was still looking I mean it was normal look I wouldn’t report this but this was different.

I was even thinking of getting a job here but after all this I would I even headle racism when people would assume that I stole.

We had an extremely terrible experience there. The India guy who had covered his head and with a long Mustache was very rude and racism towards us. After waiting ten minutes at the counter to pay for the 2 teas which we’ve had to cups each to cover the heat, the guy said he will charge extra for us. And we bought a chips which in coles it worths $1 he sold $7 for us.
Even though last time we went there to fill our car’s tank and the guy said on the loudspeaker “you guys have to prepay”. Why would I do that? However I asked for $15 dollars fuel but he charged me $50 after putting $15 fuel in my tank I noticed he charged me $50 I walked back to him and asked for my money he gave me like $20 coins and $15 notes, and he didn’t apologise for that. Won’t be back there!
Such a big shame for 7-eleven with their rude employees.

None of the coffee machine are working not available. Rubbish. Not like before

It’s a w place very cheap I was short 30 cent and they said it’s Alr No problem and the next day I came and they gave me a free donut pack W

I'm usually not the type to leave a bad review, but after the harassment my elderly mother suffered at the hands of the staff here I feel I have to. After filling her car and paying for fuel (which thankfully she had a receipt for) one of the attendants chased her car onto a busy street banging on her window accusing her of not paying for fuel, after being forced by him to make a dangerous and illegal turn back in, he continued to berate her as she entered the building, completely disregarding her attempts to present her receipt, after 5 minutes of being treated as a criminal, it finally came to light, that the fault was with the woman that had served her, not charging for the correct fuel pump. Rather than simply asking her to pay the difference and offering an apology, he instead charged her the full amount for her pump ON TOP of what she had already paid, he then processed the refund, that has yet to show up in her account, thus leaving her without enough money to make it to her next pay, all because of their ineptitude.

I would describe the customer service here as pathetic, but I feel that might be a compliment. Get your act together and train your staff better.

Alright, the good thing is: it sells what you need. It has stuff like slurpees, lollies, chocolates, and donuts. However, there seemed to be quite a few people under the influence of drugs around the store. I believe they were injecting stuff into themselves. I warn you of going near this store.

This 7 elven lie didn't give me $ c6 discounts and wasting an hour my times be careful plz don't patrol from this patrol. I never come back here this pers sham on you scam people

Worst 7 eleven I have ever been to in my life. First I ask for the Sugarfree V for the crafting $7 the person says its not possible to get that.i insisted.because I know it works. And it worked.i asked him for a chicken lettuce and avacado sandwich.he gets me the chicken and lettuce (it was after midnight so we were using the night window) he gets the bread. And charges me for it.
And to see its just chicken and lettuce. And once i took it back to him.he said he can't put it through and he is saying me " its the same thing" well it is not!
And he is also trying to say I didn't say avacado. When I clearly did.

I have really had some bad experiences with this 7 eleven.
I will make sure not to come here ever again in my life. This happened at 00: 45 on 23rd September. Insane how low customer service has become in 7 elevens.so dissapointed.

Got randomly charged extra for an item i didn't purchase. I have no idea what's going on with this place.

Rang up with a question and the guy who answered was so rude. He just simply said no. He refused to help me. He explained nothing and declared that he was the boss. What kind of people do you put in charge here?
Will avoid this servo from now on.

He was mopping the floor, his hands was still wet with dirty water, he made me a coffee because it was night time when I asked him did you wash your hands he said you don’t want to pay for this coffee its okay go now.

Definitely not a clean place. Standing in front of the Ice Freezer all you can smell is the stench of urine. As the doors are locked overnight and customers are served through a small safe window. Yes they make your coffee & fetch what you want to buy from the store. This morning all the rubbish strewn in front of the security windows. Pathetic!

Ignorant employee and having no knowledge about the 7 Eleven application. Simply saying I don’t know. An employee should be in a position to answer customer. Poor service to say.

Costumer service was verrrryyyyy bad. I just wanted iced coffeee and this Indian guy at the counter started yelling because I drop the ice coffee cup witch I was going to BUY and when men stood up for me the Indian guy at the counter nearly started a fight and kicked the guy out. Never coming back in there ever again.

I when to 7 Eleven last week friday afternoon around 3/4pm. I put fuel than I wanted to buy hot chocolate so I said to the worker hello how are you
where's the coffee machine it's my first time to use it also I don't know how to use the machine.
Their was a lot of noise around.
The guy was like press that and press the other button in a very rude voice as soon as possible he came closer, than he said mate I've said it twice but still I thought he will change his behavior, the guy was very rude still.
I told him it's difficult to understand people mostly when they get older it's hard to hear and also there's a lot of noise around the store and outside. It's not good to approach customers with that sort of behaviour, it's better to smile say hello and how can I help you.
