7-Eleven Cranbourne West

From last 3 days I started picking up the late night coffee from night pay window but every time I got disappointed as nobody came to window for first 15 minutes and then received a coffee cup half. I am demanding you to change the staff but please let them know their mistake and work on that.

Broken coffee machine of course. Also when I was looking at the snacks I accidentally drop packet and on the ground was mouse droppings, I put the packet back and walked out. Absolutely disgusting

Coffee machine broken again! If only it was eft machine they would fix it straight away. Night service is very very bad

One transaction ends up 3 EFT transactions as operator can't watch what there doing

The customer service was horrible and an insult to what customer service is meant to be about. I have read reviews about this 7-11 on Facebook and they are all negative so that explains alot. They are not putting their food products under the right labels, which is highly deceptive and misleading and shows how disorganised this place is. I ended up purchasing a food item based on what the label was showing and later realised that it was the wrong item and went back after 2 mins to exchange or get a refund. The guy at the front reacted in an extremely rude manner and told me that I cannot get a refund and it's my fault that I didn't double check the item before purchasing and that they were out of stock in that item.
So please get yourself organised and make sure the food is placed correctly and show some humanity rather than being a robot.
We had a huge fight and that was not what I was expecting.completely off!
If that guy was the owner then it's complete shame that he doesn't know how to be a professional.
If I'm not the only one leaving reviews like this then that means you have alot of growth to do in the way you run your business.

Over 1 month to fix a coffee machine but if the EFT payment machine brakes down it fixed the same day. Because taking your money is more important than providing for your customers

Disgusting service this night bad behaviour that turban guy, change this person, he didn’t know how to deal the customers.

Not good. Very racist and expired food. Saw the employee picking his nose and wiping it near the chip section while I was in my car about to leave. I would not trust any of their fridge items, so many expired. The coffee machine looked like it's never been cleaned. First and last time coming here. Clean up your act. And please put on deodorant

I came a cross incident today 20/08/1021 1: 45 pm bought 1 coffee pay the cashier who was a Indian guy asked, we told him that it was not on purpose he keep arguing with us, seven eleven is a great company I have been a customer of them for a long time, this is my first time I came cross with a guy with this much bad attitude and poor Behaviour

I came a cross incident today one of my friend drop a donut accidentally and when we bought 15 coffees, when we about to pay the cashier who was a Indian guy asked us to pay for the donut, we told him that it was not on purpose he keep arguing with us, seven eleven is a great company I have been a customer of them for a long time, this is my first time I came cross with a guy with this much bad attitude

Don’t bother going here. Staff clearly sleeping out back during their night shift. Waited 5-10 minutes ring the bell no one came. To make matters worse head office don’t seem to have an issue with this either.

Standing here for 10 or so minutes. No one came to serve me and I pressed the bell multiple times. Isn't this meant to be 24/7 or just whenever the late night employees can be bothered

The entire crew here are awesome, shop is always clean and up to date. I generally come in twice a day and have never ever had a problem.

Went there few times and their coffee machines always Filthy as I talked to staff this time about this she said I don’t have time to Clean it as we busy.

As a staff member for over a year of this amazeball store, I want to thank all my gorgeous customers for everything that makes my job great. If it was not for each and everyone of you this job would not be so enjoyable. When my alarm goes off at 4am I jump out of bed knowing I'm going to a place that I can have a laugh at an hour of the early morning that know one wants too, but yes we we do. You guys every single one of you make each of my shifts worth it! THANK YOU ALL. I think it's time to start doing the 6am Friday dance time hahaha.

Just went there, and all there milk was out of date, after i payed i noticed that it had expired but they still refused to give me a new in date carton of milk or give me my money back, terrible service absolutely disgusting

I love most of the staffs here. Very friendly and so customer focus. Emma (staff) she is the best. She's always smiling and always greetings customers with a cheerful happy face.

However there is 1 staff member in particular that she needs to step up her game coz she's very moody and always in not interested attitude and that is the young colored hair woman.

Thanks guys for your great service. It is rare to always have awesome staffs/service at petrol stations.

Been going to this 7/11 for 3 years last 2 years management and staff were fantastic then it changed hands All downhill after that Australian management! Me and 10 of my worker go there 2 times a day for food and Petrol and sit in the car with the windows down 1 inch front.guy came out the Shop to inform us that we are not allowed to smoke in our car on the holl property we don’t sit there any longer than 10 min I have asks all 7/11 in and around Cranbourne Frankston Mornington rosebud all do not have a problem with us smoking in The privacy of our cars as long as we’re not outside so we will out take our services to the new 711 on Cranburne Road so if you like a smoke after your coffee in your car don’t go here (all the female staff are lovely there and I wish them a happy new year)

Worst coffee.watered down milk no froth.cup never fills 2 top.oh & if you are ever attacked in their carpark by a drugged up road rager dont expect any help from watchers or staff.they wont even call cops for you.
Sick n tired of foreigners taking jobs from full blood aussies. Foreigners lying about aussie staff to keep their job. Where is the true Australian ethics.
