6I just wanted a water slab when it was night pay window. She said couldn't coz it won't fit. I Sid it was right next to the door. Very rude customer service wish there was a zero star rating
Last week I brought a sausage roll, after eating it an hour goes by, I was in pain due to stomach aches and having to go to the toilet every 2 seconds. I could tell it was from what I ate, unable to call the store due to it not having a contact phone number I went in again today to grab my coffee and told one of the ladies in glasses about what had happen and to maybe check the stock in the warmer just to be sure this would happen again to another person, the worker just shrugged her shoulders and said “ok” like no sorry that you experience or no care for what I just said. Absolutely not acceptable and wouldn’t recommend coming here just cause pf the poor service and yuck sausage rolls
The service used to be great until they hired new workers. This one in particular left me standing at the window for at least 3 minutes after I pressed the buzzer while he continued to mop the floor and when he finally decided to serve me he was trying to walk around where he just mopped. Disappointed.
Disgusting service by the girl in store on 27 july 2: 30 a.m. 2-3 customers returned back to their cars because of her poor customer service.
I went to this service station today to use Moneygram service. I print it out receipt from Moneygram machine in order to receive funds. I gave receipt to console operator and asked for funds. The console operator scanned my reciept and initially refused to give me any funds and informed me that this moneygram is only to send money not for for receiving. She already scanned my receipt. She refused to give me my printed reciept from Moneygram and asked me to go to another 7-eleven to receive funds. So She either don't know what she is doing or want to cheat me.
I literally had to call Moneygram and told them what happened.
Very Disappointing with the service.
