Customer Service is good with regular standard coffee but fuel prices are always too high as compared to nearby other fuel stations

The guy working today 21/07 approx 1pm was so lovely and friendly. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

Staff member doesn’t understand English or what. I told him I had a large long black a cappuccino large and two hot water. Charged me for 4 coffees instead of 2 coffees and one hot water whereas seven eleven usually gives one hot water cup for free. Rip off. Even though it’s only $2

They don't bother themselves to look for things we want
Every time they do the same thing

It looks like the store and outside area never been cleaned since it opened. There is algae building up under the windows wash bins. Trash scattered everywhere

Being a Minority is hard But its a skill to not let your personal issues in your work. (I felt customer service is improving, so I changed from 2 stars to 4)

Rude staff with very poor customer services (specially the older guy).

Two terrible experiences with them. I didn’t receive enough cash back and the guy said you need to check your hand. Today, he didn’t let me grab a coffee even after I filled it. He said it must be cash and if you don’t have cash just leave it, in a very rude manner!
Really disappointed with 7-11 Caroline and never suggesting it!

They always sell petrol 30-40 cents higher than any other service station. Reported them to consumer affairs.

Don't come here, I bought a gift card, it doesn't work. I took the card back. I don't buy it. I've been sitting here for 16 years. You've lost a lot, my friend.

Best 7/11 ever! Never thought I would a review on a 711 but the experience I received tonight from George was outstanding! Literally can’t explain how good it was! Absolute legend! Deserves a bonus!

Perfect location friendly staff that must sleep there. Has most typical 7 Eleven items. Also the local hangout & meeting place.

This is one of the better 7Elevens in the area. Accessible and clean, they’re helpful when asked.

Just don’t use the MoneyGram or ATM, and it’s pretty good here.

The guy running the place is nice, you might not understand his way of talking to the customer. Great service and slurpee machines always work!

Worst experience I ever want through. The people who run this 7-eleven they think they can use their own law, they think they still live in Middle East so they can be rude with customer.

I find the guy in charge to be pleasant and helpful, unlike other people posting here. He is quiet and unassuming and sometimes this can be mistaken for arrogance and disdain. I am always friendly to him and while at first he didn’t reciprocate, in time he’s become very nice indeed. I recently moved house and he let me take as many boxes as I needed. Twice a week I would turn up at 7am and his assistant, George, another lovely employee, would flatten the cartons and load them into my boot

Worst 7-eleven came here to return the iphone charging cable on 27? Sunday morning. The guy was very rude did't gave me the new charging cable even after giving him the old reciept. Very bad attitude dosn't know how to talk to customer. Very bad worst
