7-Eleven Campbellfield

Dont even wanna give one star last night i was there to fill fue but the worker was busy in back with earphones in his ears and i waited for 10 mins outside and other customer for 5 mins when he came i old him to keep an eye outside too but he said fill up if he want to otherwise just go and he went in the back again and didnt give me access i went to fillup he didnt gabe me access and when i went to window he said its broken go now and agaian ignored me and went i side talking to someone and when i was leaving he said on mic u still wanna fight come here if u want to again i went to the window he then went straight to back again like a coward

Manager comes out yelling and screaming at me to get off my phone, saying it's illegal to be on my phone, threatening it's a $20,000 fine, etc. Saying all it takes is one photo to be charged. There was no warning over the PA system to hope off my phone, nothing.
I have worked at petrol stations for years, and know it is not illegal, only a safety hazard. The guy behind the counter had made the mistake of granting access to the pump before I had my phone put away. And the manager blaming me that it was my fault and I've put myself at risk of being charged.
I and 5 foot nothing and nothing to me, which is why he was able to stand over me yelling, I am also pregnant. I was checking my bank balance so I didn't go over.
I didn't expect the pump to start, as its common knowledge amongst staff to not grant access to someone on their phone. Staff need better training to not breach protocols like this. And manager needs to learn not to bully pregnant women smaller than him on issues that aren't their fault and could have been avoided by staff following procedures.
Have told friends and family to not come here, and even my family who work at petrol stations like myself have, are completely appalled by this behaviour. And won't be coming to this petrol station again, neither will they and probably whoever they tell. This is unacceptable.

Rude staff who prefer to talk to friends rather then serve staff, get off your phone and do your job. Ignoring a customer to talk on your personal mobile phone is rude. If I had seen my staff do this I would have fired them.

Great customer service and lovely staff. I’ve never had an issue going here and I am an ongoing customer and continue to be. Keep up the good work!

Bravo Tamer! Your customer service skills are 1 in a million! Whoever hired this man needs a bonus! His multi tasking skills is amazing dealing with the pumps and still having time to tend to the coffee machine I was using so I could continue my cup rather than telling me to use another machine. I have OCD when it comes to using machinery and it aggrevates me when a coffee machine stops working and I get told to use another machine. You are a kind hearted man who will go the mile extra to help your customers out! Thanks again Tamer! See you soon

My opinion. Best 7-eleven in the northern side of the city.
Tamer. 1. Of the nicest person that you will ever meet.not only service but best personality you will find in a business.seriously, I live in Craigieburn but I come to Campbellfield just because you know that you are welcome.

Tamer is always great, he looks after customers, knows everything about the prices and the promotions. I can say he is the best all over Victoria stores

This 711 is my fav place to come to have a coffe, the counter guy tamer is friendly and a nice guy to have a small chat and the place is very nice well neat and clean and the staff are very well respected and nice

What a joke after 15 minutes of trying to get someone's attention to serve me at the night window I just had to give up I'm sure he had seen me waiting

Worst service at this 7 eleven, They don't care at night if you are waiting. Guy doing mop said first i will finish all mop of 7 eleven and then i will serve you took 15 minutes to do mop.

His attitude was worst. He didn't even apologise for delay.

Don't ever go at this 7 eleven. Worst staff i have ever seen on 7 eleven should be changed for god sake

Its the worst 7: 11 they have no sugar no chocolate powder no ice coffee syrup nothing and the stuff is very rude I was served on 20 March at 3: 55

The most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced! No hi No Thankyou to say the least, considering I just spent $80 bucks at the store. Do not recommend this place.

Extremely rude cashier. No way of communication. Just kept quiet all the way like he was mute. Clearly shows he is very unhappy working.

I could give zero star if I have that option.
This bald head staff member is really rude and always says coffee machine under cleaning.no matter what's the time at night.
