Excellent. Such a large area to drive in and fill up. Car wash. Great service. Great location.

The elder lady has no greeting no expression and didn’t say thank you or goodbye at the end. And the next second she greeted happy and smile to the next person in line, who happens to be white. I don’t want to guess the reason but this seems happened to me only and I am Asian:)

The lady on reception was so rude. She didn't know how to talk with someone. She should learn some manners how to behave with someone this is not china no one steals from his shop specially big truck drivers.

Really wish there is a zero star as an option. Horrible service. Brown dude with curly hair behind the count does not know anything about how to be a grown up. Shame but surely they don’t care

DO NOT USE TYRE AIR PUMP. Went to pump up my tyres using their pump and found the hose to be faulty and ended up with a flat tyre. I notified the person working there to let them know of the hazard. Unfortunately it fell on deaf ears and I was told (without him even checking) that I was wrong and that I didn’t know how to pump my own tyres. This review is mainly for management to help fix this because I don’t think that clerk will alert anyone of this and hopefully no one will be stuck there like I was. Thankfully I kind RACV truck was around and I got to pump my tyres with him.

Not sure of her name but the young asian woman behind the counter was very friendly and gave me some tips about how to save money. Tysm to whoever that was.

I filled here and noticed the pump was faulty but the meter kept going despite the flow not coming out, this is a red flag and the pump and meter need to be investigated by government authority to make sure the meter is honest

An A$8 Value Wash option at the 7-Eleven Blackburn South petrol station car wash in Blackburn South should be added.

New staff are fantastic and lovely to deal with, absolutely made my day! Such a massive change from the old owners!

Day time staff are wonderful, but night time staff slam the bins, and constantly make loud announcements all throughout the night. It drives the neighbours insane & wakes up our kids! Oh, also, their phone number isn't connected, so I can't call to ask them to stop using the PA system at MIDNIGHT ON A TUESDAY!

The guy name "Emad" is unprofessional and so rude never visit this seven eleven again

The soft wash for $15 did not spray the rainbow liquid on the left side of the car at all.check your machine.

Very disappointed with the lack of training nil in how to use velocity card so customers can get their points.
So wrong that this company does not train all staff members with their systems.
As customers suffer not the company

Its so convenient which where side you are driving on the multiple entrances makes it easily access

Very rude staff.dont have idea how to serve customers. 7 11 management need gotta give them training how to serve customers no matter where the from.rude just bloody rude. Even the boss have bad attitude too.

I visit seven eleven most of the time
Out of all that I’ve visited I genuinely hate this place
I wanted hot chocolate and cappuccino
I ask for hot chocolate, he cuts me off saying machine is cleaning- got to wait 15min
I was fine with that
Waiting to order my cappuccino he asks me to wait another 15min

All i wanted was a coffee
Not coming here again!

One hell of a store, got an iced coffee and the cup had a hole to it, so I threw it in the bin and the bin was also leaking and so the owner their came shouting on me, been a regular customer to this store and will never ever visit the store in my life, ridiculous customer service

Refused to sell me a pack of water bottles because he can’t fit it through the window. He’s closed the doors at 11pm. It’s 11: 15pm and he can’t sell me a pack of water because he doesn’t want to open the doors for me?
What’s the point in having this place open? Very rude service too.

Don't understand the negative reviews. Have only had good experiences here and have lived in the area almost 5 years. Friendliest servo staff in the area compared to BP and Springvale rd 7/11. It gets busy with the skate park nearby/school pick up. I can imagine the late in store closure is just a safety precaution and is standard practice for other servos too.

Would love an extra slurpee machine for variety on hot days. The fuel lock app is convenient here and has saved me a fair bit.
