Very bad experience here,
Went there tonight for petrol they asked me to leave my ID there! I told the guy I don’t carry my ID with me everywhere and then he asked me to leave my phone with him!
Never seen anything like this before
Definitely loosing your long time Coustumer

Store insists upon using a night window as early as 9pm and does not let you in the store to shop.

I asked for a "Powerade Zero" three times as a look of utter confusion washed over the attendant's face.

Petrol pump stopped before tank could be fully filled; didn't understand reason why this happened, just that I had to move the car and refill if wanted more petrol.

Go somewhere else where the employees aren't dumb.

Why can’t I go in to get a snack at 11pm? ! It says 24hrs. The guy said I had to go to the after hours window. I wasn’t getting fuel I just wanted to get a snack. So rude and ridiculous. Literally told me they were out of snacks! The whole store is out of snacks? Seriously sort your staff out this is some kind of joke. Don’t you want to make money!?

Rude staff with unprofessional attitude, this was our go-to fuel station for many years but will be going elsewhere. Don’t be surprised if you’re unable to use fuel lock on your app…

Went here late one night. Unprofessional staff, who didn't know what they were doing despite training someone new. Had to prepay fuel but wouldn't accept fuel lock on the app unless I left them something valuable.

First time filling up at this station. They honoured the fuel lock from my app and customer service was quite friendly.

Went to grab a late night pie tonight around 10: 30pm (29/07). Guy who served me was a certified legend.

I been there the guy on the counter was very rude.

Nice staff and convenient location. Use the 711 app to lock the lower price petrol; and I have saved around $22 one time for one fill. Highly recommended the app.

The slurpees and perfect for a hot day! However, the other food is quite expensive for what it is.

This is the worst 7/11 store in melb, the guy on late shift checks fuel levels during busy period then laughs as he saying "wait 15mins, then says 20mins" laughing.the same guy is antagonising to customers as he jokes with other workers during service not concentrating on his job often forgetting what he was doing. The night shift guy shouldnt be allowed to work anywhere he is consistently useless and rude to customers

No sense of service Especially in the night by giving the customer the wrong product and then charging it to the card and not changing the item after to the right one. This service is just pathetic. Why is it even a store of emergency?

Been coming here for nearly two decades. Always well stocked and friendly enough service.

A very quiet 7-11, and not safe at night, which is the reason they have a night-time service window now, they've been robbed ALOT. But they're good during the usual hours.

I happen to come at 8pm alot and the coffee machine is occassionally being serviced a little too often. Maybe they need a new machine.

It would be a disappointment if this store ever closed.

Very bad service and very rude especially with kids. I drive further to fill my car because I don’t want to deal with them.

Advertised as always open but they don't let you in the store after 10pm. Absolute joke. Little man hiding behind locked doors when all I want is a can of coke.

Came here on Sunday with a jerry can, guy asked to pre pay, that's fine, mind u it's about 3pm. Went inside said to bring me change as I don't know how much it's going to cost and couldn't be bothered going back in. He needs to learn English I can't speak Indian. Fill up waited in the car for my change. Kept waving me to come in, I waved back to bring me change. Finally got the idea the Muppet, and sent he's comrade to bring me change. Never again will I come here, nothing but clowns working

The staff is very rude and also they are selling the sanwich has been off. If you don't want to sick don't go there.

Treated like a secound class citezen at 3: 40 during the day on the 8th of july when i got told to prepay for my fuel when i wanted to fill it up. I didnt have my glass ball on me so i was left to guess the amout of fuel. I understand that there is some people out there that would drive of with out paying but this was broud daylight. The most disapointing part of this exsperience was the cashiers attitude. He was ether racist or a very paranoid man. Anyway i payed for my fuel and as i was filling up he stoped my pump befor the limit i payed for. After i made eye contacted with the man he turned its back on. If you think im over exadurating please read the the other comments. Because that man is bringing the 711 name down. 711 please sort your man out. And to others please make sure you get what you payed for.
