The manager or owner needs to hire responsible individuals to look after their business. I just walked into the store to buy some doughnuts, and I noticed a big wet puddle right in the middle of the floor, like a bottle of coke was split, and no one was anywhere to be seen. There were no signs to show caution or anyone around to clean this up. I finally found a young gentleman behind the counter with his head down playing on his mobile phone. I asked if he was aware of the spill, which he acknowledged. I paid for my purchase and left. He didn’t even make the attempt to go out and fix this hazardous mess. This has the potential for a multimillion-dollar lawsuit if someone slips and hurts themselves. I will be following this up further. Please check your cameras around 415-430

They are not very friendly and they won't help you when you need ice bags. So I got my money back and went else where

The best krispy kremes I have ever tasted and so far from Melbourne it is definitely worth the drive All the way here just to get these

I recently filled my fuel at the store. The staff was humble and polite. I recommend my friends to go and have the experience.

Lovely family business, staff are always friendly and well mannered.
I go in most days to grab coffees before i start work and always get greeted with a smile.

I visit this store for hot food and every time it will be available fresh and very friendly staff.

Awesome customer service, fresh sandwiches daily, hot food and drinks definitely a place to visit. Heaps of varieties. I frequently come from hoppers crossing to Bacchus marsh for work.

Conveniently located between home and work I go there often. The food is fresh, the coffee is good, the staff are friendly, petrol prices on par or better and open 24/7! Works for me.

I come through this 7-Eleven everyday for my my routine morning coffee on the way to work (as well as buy fuel from here regularly). Deepac & his staff nwver fail to provide brilliant & friendly customer service & the service station is always maintained in a safe an cleanly manner.

This is my favorite spot for a break on the way to Ballarat. Stop here to get the world famous Coffee with Krispy Kreme donuts. The customer service at the servo is great and the cleanliness and music at the store makes me give a 5 STAR review to the store.

Not even letting to use microwave oven to heat the food. Never had this kind of experience throughout victoria. Worst one.

This store is very filthy, from the moment I walk in, regardless of the time of day or night, the floor is muddy and sticky, the coffee machines are disgusting. There's always a mop in the corner sitting in a bucket but it's never being used. Staff can't even wear a fitted face mask, they seem to think that their noses don't need to be covered or it sits under the chin. This store needs a change of management. They honestly couldn't care less about people because on some occasions the sanitiser at the entry is empty.

I thought 7/11 is open 24/7 and I work late and don’t get home til now and was very disappointed I could not see any attendant at the store and I rang the number and even heard the phone ringing and still no one came out! I even lifted the bowser and NOTHING all I wanted was milk to make a coffee!

Both coffee machines didn't work. Waited 10mins while they tried to fix other broken things and then in the end left without a coffee. Can't recommend. Under staffed and just generally not up to scratch.

Try to steer well clear of this servo very dirty inside and out premises needs a major renovation and then to be looked after. I suggest going to any of the other numerous servos in town.

Good to have a 7 eleven in bacchus marsh. Great customer service, cheaper fuel price. I have noticed many people saying its compulsary to have a toilet, actually its not, sorry to break this news.

2 Feb. 2020 approx. 2.30 am. Rude service. Lasy staff. Toilet locked and staff refused to open on request. Againts regulations for service station open to the public. Members of the group obtained relief at the corner of the building. If this is not solved I expect the Ealth inectors will have some work to do! Thank you, Un happy

Got to love when you pull into a servo and get fuel and food and then ask where the toilet is and they say they don't have one and that the closest one is at the other servo down the road and they suggest I go there instead.
