My doctor's appointment was in the afternoon and as I was running a bit late, I missed the bus & decided to pay for Uber so that I would not be late. At the time taking uber for me was a luxury. When I arrived, doctor had just 1 patient before me who was already in the room. She left clinic 5 mins after my appointment time. I thought I was going to be called in right after. There was no other patient at the time. But no, I'd had to wait 30 mins, for the Doc to call someone (based on what I overheard) & when that was done, for Doc to have another long chat with fellow staff. All in all, I could've chosen to wait for my next scheduled bus & save the money spent on uber - even if that'll make me 30 mins late to my doctor's appointment. Because of the doctor's tardiness, even if I were late, I'd still be perfectly on time for my turn. Hopefully this GP clinic & staff will soon learn to appreciate their patients' time & efforts to be punctual, by giving the same punctuality to their patients in return - as courtesy.

Went to this doctor for several years. Usually OK, but not knowledgeable at all regarding mental health. Was brushed off when I came in suffering from depression, was told that everyone has their ups and downs. Went to another GP and was correctly diagnosed, treated and cured.
