Don't even think about going anywhere else for your engraving needs. I needed wine glasses engraved as a special thank you gift and Mark went over and above what he needed to do to make sure I was happy with the final product. He's one of those real authentic genuine people who takes real pride in what he does. You can tell he's been doing this for a really long time. While service and quality are top notch, his prices were also very reasonable and cheaper than other engravers I called for quotes. Definitely won't be going anywhere else for my engraving needs.

Mark is unbelievably good. He just “gets” what you want and his communication and price and turn around time, let alone the great quality in our Tiger trophy was second to none. Thank you 10 stars we will be definitely be back.

Great service and with a smile. These guys helped me sort out part of a kk present which is awesome, went above and beyond.

The entrance is a little tricky, need to go into a small elevator room off the main Street then up to level 11. Easy enough, just don't expect to find a store front on ground level, their displays are on 11

While this place is a little out of the way, their products and service are brilliant. I could not be happier with the finished engraved trophy I have now, thanks to these guys. Great price and turn around time well surpassed my expectations too!

They did some engraving for us on extremely short notice, and not once did I feel like I'd been a bother. The engraving was incredibly well done and their attitudes were amazing.
Definitely 5 stars.
