4Workers Eastland

I like this store.they had good range of items. But today had a bad experience. I was instore today, Bought an item, asked the staff to remove the tag.unfortunately It doesn't fit Me. I returned 2 minutes later to exchange it or refund.
I received horrible customerservice.it seems people there Aren't keen about business.they refused to help by anyway

I visited last Saturday and tried on a pair of shoes which I loved, but was a size too small. Caitlin was great assistance and I had a good chat with her whilst I was trying the shoes. We decided I should try a size up for a more comfortable fit but they didn't have it in stock so she told me to come back towards the end of the week when they get new stock in.

I came in today and received terrible customer service. The girl seems like she didn't care about customers or making a sale. I showed her the shoe I wanted to try and she said there no stock and it's only what's on the floor. I mentioned Caitlin told me there would be more stock coming in and if she knows when that would be. She then pointed to a pile of boxes on the floor and said it's arrived already but if I wanted to buy the shoe, I should go to Platypus instead. No other customers were in the store and she didn't bother to check the packing slip. Very disappointing experience. I would have given this a 0-1 star review if it wasn't for Caitlin's assistance.

Best place for all work gear.
Staff are very helpful and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else. One stop shop, great prices very competitive.

Do you guys leave signs when workers leave? Waited over 20min, then young lady came back with two friends… seemed abit unprofessional. Although she was nice.

Great store, great customer service and great products. This place has everything you need if you’re a tradie or labourer. I stumbled across this shop at Eastland and was met by Jackson the Salesman. This is the place to go for boots and workwear. 5 stars
