So disappointed in this. Purchased fridge and accessories online that were in stock but weren't in stock. I cancelled order but the have only refunded $173 instead of $542. Foghting to get the balance from them. Disgusting
It is very disappointing to see how some businesses still take advantage of the patience of their clients. I bought a product more than a month ago and it has not yet arrived when the maximum waiting time was 14 days. The worst thing is the lack of response from the business, 3 emails sent with no response. Trying to contact them by phone is not helpful either more than 30 minutes wait and again NO response. Clearly shows a company with little initiative and poor logistic management skills. VERY bad service. NEVER AGAIN
It has grown and grown into an Adult play store for the outdoors. Set up really well now with everything on display to try before you buy.
Worst customer service ever. Arrogant sales assistants' with the worst attitude. Don't even waste your time going there.
Could spend more money here the range of products is so good.

The staff know all their products
The only store we buy our camping equipment from. Needed a generator for Xmas. But was out of stock on the day we needed it, Was disappointed we had to buy one elsewhere lol cause we only would buy Kings stuff now?
All tools and equipment bought here have not disappointed us. Though this store do have lovely and helpful staff.
Friendly service. Good stock of items. Their brand of canvas bags are pretty durable from experience.

Predominantly 4WD camping & recovery gear. Small range but good, tough quality by the looks of it.
Have a very limited range of brands, and various products only offered in the budget Kings brand. Better to go elsewhere like BCF.

I just want to share my experience with 4WD Supercentre Ravenhall
Went on the store on a Monday to buy some items and also decided to buy a 270 degree awning the staff was helpful and explaining the difference of the awning and we decided to go for the kings 270 degree deluxe awning.
After paying, my wife noticed that the price is only $359 for the awning and that was the same price of the king wing 270 degree awning (not the deluxe), so I went back to the counter and double checked with the person that assisted us and he confirmed that the entry is correct and that they have additional promo on top of the regular offer that's why its cheaper. So we got a best deal!
Arrived home installed the awning and opened up the awning to set the proper position and realized that is was not the deluxe awning! Removed the awning to return it the next day.
Drive to 4WD Supercentre Ravenhall the next day (Tuesday) spoke to the same person that serve us on the previous day and advise that we wanted the Kings 270 degree deluxe awning and he confirm that he punched the incorrect items and he will just replace it, then I ask if we need to pay for the difference and he said no we don't need to pay anything and he will just replace the item with the correct one. Because of the initial incident me and my wife double checked the code written on the box to make sure we have the correct item and it matched with the code on 4WD Supercentre website. Looks all good and happy again went home did some work and finally open the awning to our surprise it is the same awning again. It is not the king 270 degree awning deluxe.
Returned the next day (Thursday) my third visit and staff opened up the awning to validate my claim. They offered me to replace the item again but at this point I’m just not interested anymore.so I requested for a refund and I did not even hear any apologies from the staff in 4WD Supercentre Ravenhall for what happened.
And now I need to wait until the middle of next week to get the refund!
I guess no awning for this trip.
Wasted fuel and time going back and forth.
Customers please check your items before leaving the store save your self hassle and the waste off time.
Unhappy customer here, on 2 different occasions I have been given the wrong product, i the first time I was given the wrong item after waiting 2 weeks for the item to come back into stock, when it did come into stock I was sent the message that your item has arrived but they gave me the wrong item and then told me that my item was still on back order and they would call me in a few days time, I waited 2 weeks still no call. So I rang the head office number and they sent the store an email to call me, Waited another week still no call so I had to drive to store and ask if my item was in stock to only be told that it was never on back order that they have had it in stock for weeks, then today I went to pick my another order that I made, when I got home I realised it was the wrong item, when I call the head office I was told my only option is to drive back to store and sort it my self, they don’t offer you any type store credit or even some money off the item for the hassle.
My elderly parents purchased a new Kings fridge while travelling in the NT. They wanted to get a cover with it but the store didn’t have it. When they returned home to Victoria they went to their local Kings store at Ravenhall. They asked the shop assistant for help. They asked for a cover to fit their 45lt fridge and were given a cover which they purchased for $49. When they got home it didn’t fit. The very next day they took it back to replace it for one that fits. They were told that that couldn’t happen. They said the product wasn’t faulty that they had purchased the wrong thing so it isn’t covered. Essentially Kings have stolen $50 from elderly pensioners. Be careful what you buy from them as they are all to willing to rip you off.
These guys want to to spend your hard earned money. But they don’t like to answer the phones. I spent 2 hours calling there number with no one answering the phones. I put comments on theirs Facebook pages and guess what. They remove the negative comment. I go back on to leave negative comments then they remove it. So I go back on again to leave negative comments and seems I had been blocked for doing so. Now try remove my comment from here. This will be the first and not the last time I leave comment here. Buyer be ware. If you have any issues with your products u never get through to them
Never had any complaints, Friendly, Well priced and a really good warranty, couple of times I have had dramas they have exchanged the item or replaced without hesitation. Can't complain about that
Great service by the nice and helpful girl that saved me some money, and helped me get all the right gear for a 2nd battery setup for my 4x4 setup, keep up the good work, loved her honesty and customer ethics.
