4Cabling - Hoppers Crossing

The worst customer service experience i have ever gotten from 4 Cabling, considering over the years i have spent tens of thousands of dollars on hardware but this will be the last.

I placed an order on Boxing day off the website for a 4 Port HDMIT splitter, stock levels off the website showed that there was and still is no stock in Melbourne.

I got no order confirmation email and no followup from 4 cabling about my order.

I called out today to find out what is happening to my order, only to be told that the order will be dispatched from Melbourne on 3/1/23.8 days after i ordered and paid for the product.

The CSR on the phone, really did not care, couldnt speak clearly nor could be understood.

What a complete and utter shame for a company that i relied apon. I will be taking my orders to CableChick from now on.

I've had a couple of emergency requirements in the last few months. The website is good, I can find what I need then go to the Hoppers Crossing store to pick the gear up. The staff are smart and attentive, it's a good operation and I'll keep using them.

Great place to do business. Pretty much everything related to computer hardware and whatnot is available here. Very good customer care and supportive staff on site.

The staff was rude, and they dont except cash payments,
why cant the staff be trusted with cash?

Such a good company to deal with, have spoken with Brock several times on orders and shipping and he's been extremely helpful.

Best to come knowing what you want or better still a printout of the equip you want as you cant wonder the isles having a look. Staff are friendly, straightforward and honest.

I've ordered recently cat6 cable and connectors for my home network. 4cabling prices are realky good and I was so surprised that my order has been delivered next day. It is so unusual now days.

On Monday 31st August 2020 I bought an IEC C13 Power Cord 10A 3m White for $10.11 with postage of $14.95 this is for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I can use my iMac since there is no power to it. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me and the service was fantastic.

Great range of quality cabling products at reasonable prices. Purchased from them on a number of occasions using both delivery and pickup. Delivery is quick and the customer service has always been excellent.
