4 Seasons Laksa Restaurant reviews
64Quality Laksa here, with wonderful customer service. The owner was so friendly and accommodating while my friends and I dined. The food is authentic, flavourful, and serving sizes generous. I will definitely be back and recommending this place to my family and friends.
Food is always warm, delicious, and consistently high quality. Great value for money. The combination laksa and seafood laksa are a must have, as they are so flavourful. Thank you for providing such amazing food, that keeps me coming back for more!
Best Seafood LAKSA in Melbourne.
I've tried many many Laksas around town.
This hits the spot in flavour & quality of ingredients. Small family business.
I only wish I lived down this part of town.
Good laksa. Hokkien mee was not bad. Although I've had better in Box Hill. The laksa was true to Malaysian style and the closest to home I can find.
Best laksa i have had, amazing staff who are really nice, fast to prepare, and its so affordable! After the first time I went, I have been back several times. I love it!
Have had takeaway laksa from here at least over a dozen times and it never disappoints. The flavour of the soup is incredible - no other restaurant has come close for me. Definitely the best laksa in Bayside, if not Melbourne. The roti is also a delicious accompaniment. Prices are reasonable and the food always arrives piping hot. So lucky to have it as a local!
Beautiful authentic laksa! Very cheap for the quality too. This is home-cooked quality food. I had laksa from all over Melb, papa rich, petailing st, etc but nothing beats this. Lots of meat and veggie in my laksa (I had Hainanese chicken laksa) and the broth was so rich with barely any oil.
The owner was very friendly and you can definitely get family vibe from here.
Too bad I only give 5 stars to this review, otherwise, 10/5 easily! Definitely back here on monthly basis
No longer live in the area, but really miss this place since moving away - have tried some of the other reputable Laksa places in Melbourne recently but I still prefer 4 Seasons Laksa.
A bit cheaper due to cash only, and the lady that runs the front of house is lovely to talk to while you wait / eat in.
Have recently re-visited 4SL after a little bit of time away and were really happy with the food, seems to have been stepped up a notch, great flavours and seemed really fresh! Will be back again
Nothing beats their laksa. Best I've ever had. Just wish they'd adapt and move past cash only. Ordering on the website or menulog does cost a little extra. Not saying it's not worth it.but would like to tap and go at the restaurant like any other.
I've been a frequent customer of 4 Seasons now - very authentic Malaysian Chinese cuisine - just like eating back home! The laksa, Cantonese noodles and Singapore friend noodles are of excellent quality and portions are generous! Service is always friendly and will definitely be back. Online ordering is quite efficient and lets you know exactly when to pickup the order.
Very delicious food, LAKSA is my favourite. I suggest that one should try food here. Friendly staff and clean restaurant
Very nice - 5 stars for a little family run restaurant in these Covid times. The Laksas we ordered were yummy and of high quality. Even the Prawn Crackers, though in smaller portions, were good quality compared to the usual food court fare. The food was ready for pick up within twenty minutes of placing the order. Only point to note - they are cash only.
I used to love this place. I ordered seafood laksa and satay chicken.
Stay chicken is too hard to chew. It feels like it has been microwaved. I could not eat.
Prawns in seafood laksa, really bad quality. For a sec I thought if it I the famous fake prawn. I don't think it is but I put it all in the bin, just had the soup and the rest. What a waste of money.
Ordered home delivery- delivered 45 minutes later than stated time, part of the order was wrong, the other part was cold. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest to arrive, by which time rice etc was cold. Food quality was poor, expensive and not very good. Wouldn’t recommend.
My fav laksa place in all of Oz! Vegi laksa with extra vwg and tofu mild, sometimes medium when I feel brave. Super yummy, authentic food and super friendly people.
Really yummy food here at this family owned restaurant. Their laksas are filled with flavour (I would recommend their seafood combination) and is delicious.
When ordering you'll commonly be asked whether you would like your dish mild, medium, or hot for spice levels. A good guide would be:
Mild - low tolerance for spice and doesn't usually eat anything with chilli in it.
Medium - big jump from mild and suitable for seasoned chilli lovers who love a good kick in their dish. ABC Malaysians would probably enjoy this level of spice.
Hot - get ready for a glass of milk. 4 seasons can crank up the heat but not the hottest Ive ever had. If you love chilli and/or consider yourself a true Asian foodie enthusiast with South East Asian culinary experience then go for this option.
Prices are reasonable and proportionate to the sizes served. Service is great and the girl/daughter of the business is really sweet and attentive. I would say a must try Malaysian restaurant!
Work nearby and would highly recommend the place. Great staff and the Malaysian Flat Noodles is YUM!
The Nasi Lemak was good as in Malaysia ideal for a lunch venue cash only but you can order online and pay by CC and pick up or get delivered for $5.
The best combination laksa I ever had. The soup is rich but not creamy. Best to have it medium spicy as it enhances the taste.
