I don't normally leave reviews, but just wanted to give a shout out to these guys. I've been hobby printing for 6 or 7 years now with a few cheapish machines, and finally went in on the prusa bear at they sell it.

It's been a great machine now, printing flawlessly for months. I just recently had a small problem with the thermistor, and they told me to bring it in and had it fixed up free of charge in 15 minutes.

I've spent hours and days trawling through forums for support on issues with previous printers and this was such a nice change and experience. As far as I can see 3d printer gear's support is unparalleled in Australia.

3D Printer Gear fixed my Prusa MK3s+ when it was playing up, and were truly outstanding. They were thorough, tweaking/tuning ~ 12 things on the printer. Before I got it back, the printer passed their quality checklists and produced a great print. The service was very competitively priced.

Their filament is cheap for its quality too!

I brought my printer over from Adelaide and their online and in person service was top shelf. Absolutely first class. They corrected my printer within the time they said and then took time to walk me through what they had done as well as giving me other information about 3D printing. I will be buying all my required supplies from them from now on.

Jeremy invited me to his establishment during the week and I couldn’t make it so he said I could come in on Saturday. It wasn’t the usual shopping experience it was like going to a mates house who’s got all the toys and he answered all my uneducated questions with expertise and humility. He walked me thru his business and had all the time in the world for me and my young son. I bought a way superior printer not because he pushed it on me but because he made feel comfortable in knowing I would enjoy it more. I had lots of extras thrown in and when I got home he video called me and helped me with technical questions as well as options to where I could buy other equipment.
In summary I believe I couldn’t have had a better experience buying a 3D printer. We are loving it and thanks Jeremy. I think You will go far!
