What can I say, I can go on hours with this. Simon and his team exceeded my expectations on the entire project. From the quoting stage to the cleaning up after themselves when the last bit of flashing was fitted. All done in record time, had the entire front of my double story bay window system removed and the new installed to lock up stage in ONE DAY! Unbelievable! The finishing touches were done in no time after that. His team worked so efficiently and were very respectful when I let them through my front doors. The quality of work and product are second to none. But more importantly it's the knowledge these boys have on how to do this type or retrofitting; the old with the new.a photo speaks a thousand words.

360Windows came and fixed a couple of smashed windows recently at our house. Their work was great! The job was done quickly and the service was super professional. Very happy customers!

Poor operators, unprofessional business. They came out to my apartment & assessed the job, provided a quote which we went ahead with. On the morning the job was finally set to take place and after removing the cracked glass panel to be replaced the glazier then determined it was not possible to bring the replacement panel up to the apartment. If this was the case it should have been determined previously but another provider who also quoted the job did not flag this supposed issue either. I suspected initially only one person was there to do what was a 2 person job? Long story short, the resulting 2 piece solution they installed without proper consultation and authorisation is pathetic. The subsequent discussions to attempt to resolve the issue were a waist of time. AVOID
