Highly recommend this place, has been my go to for the last few years, they do a great job with claims and are a professional bunch. Amar is the sweetest person ever and always helps find a way to squeeze an appointment especially when it gets busy towards the end of the year.

We just had the most lovely experience at 32 pearls for last 3 years. Anna the receptionist went above and beyond to assist and worked magic to get my family in for a consultation straight away. Both the dentist Dr Archana and dental nurse were very kind and friendly. Amazing customer service and Anna is an absolute delight. Wouldn’t go anywhere else - thanks Anna for your amazing job and keep up the good work.

Ever since I was born, I have had a fear of the dentist. That changed with 32 Pearl. I can't say enough about Dr.  Archana  Singh because she was so sweet and comforting. I would 100% recommend anyone to make an appointment with her. And no trip is complete without Anna at the front desk who makes sure everything is authentic and fun. Both are very beautiful and kind women.  Highly recommended

Fantastic place and child friendly. I am impressed with the staffs at reception and the doctor. Surprisingly the cost to do the X-rays, cleanup and extract of tooth was within the budget after using my insurance. Appointment was the easy process and I got phone reminder to confirm the appointment even though I received message. Overall I recommend this place for our kids.

I'm really happy with my experience today at 32 Pearls in Manor Lakes. I dread the dentist generally but I felt comfortable and not pressured in any way. Got a good clean done and a plan for some additional work in a few weeks. Definitely recommend Dr Pooja, she was lovely, as was the very friendly receptionist lady.

Wonderful service! I’m terrified of the dentist but Dr Avni was very kind and patient with me. Anna at reception went above and beyond getting everything sorted. I highly recommend this place and all the friendly staff.

This is not my normal dentist, but when i have an emergency and can't make it to the city, these guys have been life savers, and i could afford the care. And the frount desk staff are wounderfully supportive

Have been visiting the clinic for numerous years to receive treatment from general check ups to Invisalign. Dr. Archana is always amazing and a great dentist! All the staff are kind and accomodating.

Very good dental surgery staff are excellent. Surgeons have a care factor to there patients.looking forward to next time.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for a while now and there are 3 things that stand out.

First - they are always amazing to deal with, and even when they make mistakes (everyone does) they acknowledge, apologize and aim to resolve these in a timely manner that you’re happy with

Secondly - they always bend over backwards for their customers. Showing them respect is a given, but it comes so easily when you can see their staff really care for their patients and customers

Lastly - they are a professional service. Iv had my fair share of dentists and dental issues, and each step of my treatments have had been buffered by their stellar services and hospitality.

Honestly cant speak more highly of 32 Pearls dental services in manor lakes, and the above reasons are why i continue to support this business. They are a rare find in this day and age, and i implore you to find out what makes them an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I took my partner here for after a bad experience with another dentist. Dr Pooja was absolutely fantastic and was able to get the tooth out with no problem. It went so well my partner was happy to get another pulled straight after. Can't recommend Dr Pooja enough.

I had an extraction a few years ago and it was the worst painful experience ever. I could have had a root canal but they just seemed to be in a hurry taking no time was taken to discuss long term complications of extraction, which I am now suffering. I wish I never went to thus place: (

In response to your reply: Yes, I didn't have much money at the time as a single mum. No, I did not need multiple treatments for a root canal and could have still got one done for free with a referral. I did not refuse to save my teeth. Plus you didn't even stop pulling it out when I told you I could still feel it!
Mine is not your only negative review and the fact you try to shame me for my financial situation at the time without considering what I was going through says more about you than me. Luckily, I can afford to get an implant now from a decent dentist who actually cares about people.
I enquired about over eruption and you said it's not a thing. YOU TOOK CONSENT AFTER PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION. WORST DENTIST EVER!

Since 2019, I have been visiting 32 pearls - Manors Lake and since then I have stopped my search for a good dentist. The treatments I received has been spot on and very informative. Dr. Archana is my primary dentist and I should say that she is amazing at what she do. I was a trauma patient with front broken teeth and walked in for an emergency treatment. She explained every step and made sure that I was comfortable with the process and brought my smile back. I haven't looked back since then and now my parents visit her for regular check ups and treatments. The front staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Excellent work by the dentists and great support staff.the receptionists are always helpful and make you feel at ease.

If anybody feels panic about dental treatment, should visit 32 Pearl's.bz they actually will make you feel more relaxed and at ease. Special thanks to Dr. Pooja Soni and Dr Archana for a great experience.

Staff are friendly but the dental work was all rushed like being at a meat market. Follow up queries and responsiveness to queries has been ignored, the service is not good at all. Overall the customer service has been poor.
