Drove over an hour to come get dinner here but left hungry and extremely disappointed when the girl at the counter had no idea what she was talking about or doing, and we didn’t get anywhere near the correct burgers we ordered. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

Burgers are ELITE! Easily top 5 burger spots in melbourne. Shoutout to the friendly staff also!

Chips were really good, but the burger (free bird) was about as enjoyable as a chicken snack burger from maccas. The chicken wasn't even crispy, and so little for the buns size. Can't say I'm sold on the place unfortunately although the staff were nice.

Fantastic burgers and sides. We ordered through menulog, but after an hour menulog still hasn’t dispatched a driver, menulog blamed the restaurant’s long prep time. Decided to drive out to pick up the food and the manager / owner was so apologetic and made us a fresh order - no questions asked. There were over 10 menulog orders sitting waiting for drivers - such a shame. Not the restaurant’s fault. They’ve got great food and service. Next time I’ll just place an order over the phone and pick up. No more business for menulog

Had the 300 g double patty with bacon chicken bites and chips. While the burger itself was just ok the chicken bites were exceptional! The chips were also rather nice. Overall a little disappointment as I had high hopes for this place and came here for a cheat meal.

Every experience here has been great, whether by Uber eats or pick up. Their free range chicken burger is light yet filling, full of flavour and crisp, it’s my go to. Staff are friendly which is a bonus too!

Rude and unprofessional staff. I waited for the order more than 15 mins although she said it was ready within 5 mins.

No toilet despite it being a dine in venue and no table water available.

Music was very loud and the wait staff were unhelpful.

Okay, but I'm not a return customer. There's a lot of competition in the neighbourhood and these guys were a little under par on both fronts (burger and chips).

First up open kitchen venue, I love viewing the entire burger making journey right infront of you.

The Manager/owner has amazing attendence and very clean and tidy consistent cleaning workflows.

What I had is straight up the best faux chicken burger in my life. Sweet patato fries were also crisp and seasoned so well, there vegan house sauce is also amazing.

Thank you for the experience, I cannot wait to see this brand grow futher. Very comfortable recommending this to anyone visiting Melbourne and needs a list of top burger spots.

Only customer and waited for 20minute for a burger.still waiting while I am writing this review.

Not the best for vegetarians - bad value for money. The burger tasted great, but the pricing regime is bizarre. All of the veggie-burger options are treated as "extras" so swapping out a meat patty with a plant-based patty incurs an added fee. At other burger joints the prices are around the same. Unlikely to go back.

The burgers are so different to anything around and are very yummy!
But more importantly I found these days more valuable to me as a customer is the service!
I start talking to a guy there that was very welcoming and polite and normal and found out he is the owner who is working as hard as his guys!
I was pleased with him that and the rest of the staff.
Not many places these days are just open to conversation and give you good service and top it up with great burgers!

Asked to swap out slaw in my burger for lettuce, asked if there was a surcharge and was advised 'no'. Then when I looked at my receipt saw I was charged 50 cents, when I asked the server about it, they then advised there is a surcharge for extras. I pointed that not only had this same person just served me and told me that there was no extra charge, I didn't get an extra, but swapped out slaw for lettuce and importantly, the price list does not mention any fee for lettuce or any extras that are 50 cents, all of the extras start at $1. The response was then 'I don't know what you want me to do? ' They asked if I wanted my 50 cents back. I told them to keep it, but let management know this should not be happening and is a really poor business practice. There are so many other places in the street to eat at, who in my experience being a local, are more transparent with charges and provide good, tasty food.

Ordered the vegan double cheeseburger on a gluten free bun. I found the beyond patties were not cooked properly and they were only cooked on one side and they were barley browned. Cook them heaps at home and have never eaten them as raw as I received them today. Also ordered the cauliflower bites which I thought were average as well. I would not return or recommend.

Been here a number of times now, the staff are always super friendly. Last Sunday we ordered takeaway and on the way back to the car my little one tripped and spilt our drinks - we went back to buy another two and they replaced them free of charge - absolute superstars and generous to their customers.

Yum. My partner was craving a burger and I wasn’t fully vibing it because usually they are a bit too much. But you guys nailed it. I kind of feel like ordering another one. It was seriously delicious, it was cold but I ordered it from Uber eats, so what do you expect.

Lived in Melb for only 6 months, but I can tell you now I will never go to another burger place EVER! This food is AMAZING! Fantastic phone service, 10 mins only wait on a Sat night. Everyone NEEDS to visit these lovely people. The love they have for food you can taste it in their food.

Bloody delicious! We ordered the 300g, one with double patty. Chips. Chicken nuggets. It was all delicious although my husband felt the servings were small (I disagree). One star deducted for price - $53 for a couple of burgers, chips and a drink is crazy money. Sad but true.

Everyone has there own personal prefrence for there idea of a “perfect burger” and for me these guys are 10/10 for me.
If you like a smashed beef patty you will love this place!

Suggestion: shakes should be available at both locations I was very disappointed when I realized I wasn’t getting my fav Biscoff thickshake when I popped into Northcote
