WARNING - DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. Staff are not only lazy but also incompetent and dishonest. I have never had more issues with a phone repair shop in my entire life. Phone came back more defective than when I brought it to them. Total scam and they do not need any qualifications to work/destroy your device. BEWARE

Arrived about 15 mins before they closed and the super camp bloke was engrossed in his mobile game. … he said it would take 20 mins to fix and he doesn’t have the time - usually he would do it but he had plans apparently. One star.

I got an emergency repair for my sons 6 month old apple ipad screen being broken which was good for about 1 week of use till the button fell in and broke the digitizer as well, I asked about a repair of this under warranty and was turned down, So I sent it to Apple and because of the unauthorized modifications made by 30 min fix they wont also repair it, So I've had to purchase a new one, please be aware of this, please just go to apple first

Friendly and efficient service. As I had an uncommon phone they had to order in a new screen for it. When it arrived after 3-4 days they called me in the get the phone screen fixed and did so within an hour. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to get their devices fixed!

Had my two phones fitted with screen protector, after a few minutes it was done. I got mine done at Box Hill which was not a good quality that made it bubble TWICE. Recommend to have your mobile fitted for screen protection if you want the quality and durability compared to the cheap ones that just does not last. And bought a sling wallet/phone holder. Great service and excellent product range. Thank you.
