30 Minutes Fix - Pakenham

Rating 5 star plus out of 5. Job was back on 1 June so I'm a bit slow with this review, but Pakenhan store guy was just brilliant. Replaced iPhone7 display components after I dropped the phone. He was happy to spend time to patiently explain the technical stuff I asked about, made me confident that he knew what he was doing, was genuinely friendly and helpful. I live on Phillip Island, but the level of customer service and care he provided made the trip worth it. I arrived at lunch time and they were busy but I left within 1 hour with a phone as good as new. Highest recommendation to these guys.

He told me 1-1.5 hours for repair (not 30 minutes). I come back more than 2 hours later. He tells me he needs another hour. I go back home. He calls me a couple minutes after I get home to tell me it's ready. I spent 1.5 hours in the car alone just driving back and forth. Possibly consider a name change because 30 minutes is misleading.
He replaced the screen which works great. The ipad did have some sort of glue on the outside of it that I had to scratch off. Thankfully didn't leave a mark!

Got my phone screen fixed there was good customer service. But my screen isn’t great, poor quality, keyboard is laggy and there are green lines through my newly repaired screen.

Would not recommend this place at all cost to much and only one month warranty after that the screen stuffs up (couple of weeks after warranty) and you can't take it back iv brought 3 screens and they all started breaking just after a month

I had an issue with a screen protector and the staff were very accommodating, replaced it free of charge and put it on for me. I am happy to recommend their services and I will use them again.

Awesome service and good price I dropped my phone last night and thought it was buggerd which was very distressing because all my sons baby photos are on it. They fixed some lcd chip in it and put on a new screen to my relief. Thank you muchly 30 min fix. 5

I cannot rate the service high enough! I contacted the owner late on a Sunday at 6pm. This was outside of business hours! I explained my situation in desperation to have my Samsung S7 very badly cracked screen fixed. He was so understanding and so accommodating! He met with me within an hour. My phone was fixed within half an hour! AMAZING! Have also been given a warranty. It's now back in excellent condition and like a brand new phone!

With out doubt these guys are the most helpful honest trustworthy and reliable people to take your mobile phone! Highly recommend!

Could not recommend a more fantastic place to get your phone fixed! I went in with my new galaxy s10 for charging issues and within 5 mins they had it fixed! I am beyond happy and will certainly be seeing them again with any other issues that may happen. Thanks heaps again guys greay job!

They live up to their name. Samsung phone with a broken screen dismantled, a new front screen fitted, tested and fully operational in 30 minutes. Even better they were friendly and proud of what they do. Certainly highly recommended.
