I recently engaged with the services of the 3 Piglets Cleaning and my experience has been excellent so far! Both the administration stuff and the cleaning personnel that now attend my house on a weekly basis are professional, caring and attentive to my needs!

Hope, who manages the admin side of things has been great to work with from the very first moment. I went through a very thorough and well conducted intake interview over the phone, where I was asked questions about the services I require, the type of cleaning I prefer, what products I prefer using and why, any allergies I or anyone else in the house might have.among other things, to ensure that the cleaning service was tailored to my needs and wants as an individual!

Hope and her intake appointment over the phone has been the best I have ever had with a cleaning company and this made a huge impression on me. She continues to be accommodating and touching base with me after my weekly cleaning sessions to ensure that everything is going smoothly and that my needs are met. Hope's personal selection of Nor to be my cleaner, based on what we discussed on our phone interview, came as a big pleasant surprise, as Nor is exactly what I was looking for in a cleaner.

Nor, the cleaner Hope assigned to me, is not only as professional as Hope has been over the phone, but has unparalleled cleaning skills and I couldn't be happier with how much love and effort she puts into her job! She goes above and beyond to ensure my home is clean, tidy and safe for me to live in. She has great communication skills and a very positive attitude towards her job.

Always with a smile on her face and a nice word to say, she is always focused on her job and does not miss a spot! What is more, she makes sure to check with me before taking any initiative about anything that we have not agreed on in our ''cleaning list/agenda for the day'' (aka what I tell her I want to be done when she is here) and her recommendations and ideas about anything extra, or the order of doing the tasks, are always very helpful and constructive!

I'm with the NDIS. My team hired 3 Little Piglets. And I found them very respectfully. On time, professional and thorougher. They did an all over spring clean to start. They provide all there own cleaning products. And within a short period knew my routine fully. I felt very safe and confident to leave the girls at home alone if I needed to go out. They also provided me with a complete bond clean, including inside and outside windows. I would easily recommend 3 Little Piglets as a safe, reliable service you can count on. 5 stars from me. I would highly recommend 3 Piglets Cleaning. Alvin did a very good job in cleaning 3 bathrooms and 2 Showers for me. He recognised "Hard Water stain" and removed from the glass. Now the showers screens look new again. Very helpful and very obliging. I would use again - no problems.
