I popped in the store looking to acquire some information about tri-suits and wetsuits. During my time in the shop, I encountered probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. James was incredibly thorough in explaining the differences in gear at each price point, and was more than helpful when it came to sizing and even allowed me to try different options on. I can't wait to come back when it's time to finally get all my kit sorted.

Very helpful staff. Called earlier this week to enquire about the wetsuit, lady on the phone was lovely and offered to put it on hold for me.

When I visited the shop Ethan was super helpful and nice as well.

Amazing experience fitting a new wetsuit. James took incredible care to explain how a wetsuit should fit, sizing, even how to take it on and off easily, washing instructions etc. We learnt how to look after the wetsuit so it would have the longest life possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

James who works here is the most helpful person I’ve ever met! He really goes above and beyond.

My Doctor suggested that l purchase a pair of compression socks from 2XU.

The rep/manager who answered the phone helped me track down tri suits in multiple sizes across multiple stores and was very helpful even though I called the store before they were even open!

Have rarely received customer service experienced at the Malvern store. Can’t thank James enough for his time. Didn’t make any promises, but a genuine person who listened and helped the best he could. Even without a great result of a replacement item I would still come back here again and again. Great people and high quality products.

I bought a sleaveless westuit from here a few weeks ago and was very happy with the service I recieved. Both the staff members were very knowlegable and now I would only buy fitness related items from here moving forward. Having staff that are into fitness and that know their products results in a great buying experience.

James is an absolute star, helped me out over the phone with a quality issue I had with 2 pairs of shorts I had purchased. Not only did he make it easy to get them returned but he sourced another 2 pairs interstate and got them shipped out. 2XU he is an asset to your brand!
