5Love the range at 2XU, all Australian design which is great. The staff are always friendly and happy to help.
The staff was friendly however there was just one staff and she had to help many customers. Maybe more staff. Also I was a bit disappointed because the staff didn’t even know about the offer that they had in Chadstone. In Chadstone, they gave my friend a free washing bag but when I asked her she said you have to pay 15$. She called the manager in Chadstone and then after 30 mins she finally gave it to me for free even though it was actually an offer. Disappointing.
Had a great experience in this store - staff really knew their stuff, were very helpful, and honoured an online deal that I had with a coupon. They were creative and tried hard to find my exact fit and style. I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Thanks!
