3 Pretty average service for babies. Brought my baby in to get her excess belly button chord removed on suggestion by the MCH nurse and thought I would try here given the good reviews.
First time I came in they didn’t have what was required to do the procedure (expired) and told me to come back in 2 weeks, which I did.
The second time the wait was over an hour which, with a 3 month old baby is really hard to manage. For a practice with only one doctor and 3 other services I was extremely annoyed that the full time receptionist couldn’t call to let me know they were delayed. The practice hadn’t bothered to order in the material they needed for the procedure. They were just taking the money for the bulk bill appointments and wasting my time.
Dr Telegin and his team are highly professional, welcoming and helpful. Always able to fit us in for appointments and great follow up. Great with kids.

He cares about his patients he will find right treatment for anyone. Don't waste your time for those who send you to do millions tests than telling you they don't know what it is.
