Vidhin is an A class professional, very modest, customer friendly and honest. Something hard to find when you deal with other IT contractors nowadays. He assisted me to repair a very old hard disk and recover its data. While other professionals in the market were quoting exorbitant prices for the same service, he completed the job (& more) at a very reasonable price. Would recommend him to anyone looking for IT support and data recovery.

When no one else could find out why my computer wasn't working, Vidhin came to the rescue. Not only did he fix the problem, he patiently explained in easy to understand language what went wrong and what to do the next time certain problems occur. Could not more highly recommend Vidhin for complex data recovery. I had a very old laptop (Mac book pro) that wouldn’t turn on and had been wiped from a factory reset (ie.all data removed and not accessible at all). Vidhin was able to recover all my data. He was very responsive with open and clear communication throughout the process. He also went out of his way to purchase an external hard drive to put the recovered data onto. He explained everything in detail to me and picked up and delivered the hard drive and laptop right to my front door. Excellent high quality service - thanks Vidhin!

I would give Vidhin 10 stars if it was possible and here is why:

I posted a task for my 2011 MacBook whose USB ports stopped working. Vidhin first told me that he would inspect the MacBook and tell me if it is repairable or not. He told me some old computers would cost more than buying a secondhand laptop. After I got the thumbs up, he started the repair.

At every stage of the repair process Vidhin sent me photos of inside of the computer, he was always in touch with me all the time which was very comforting because I know absolutely nothing about the tech side of things. Once the USB was repaired I also asked him whether if it was possible to change the hard disk to SSD, he did it, and he advised me to think of a keyboard swap as it was old and, he fixed that too.

So overall I can't be more happier than this. Task done with great precision and expertise. I would definitely recommend him and work with him in future tasks.
