11 Working with Steve at Tiara appartments this last couple of years as been a very positive experience due to is professionalism, friendly approach and clear communication.
I believe that Steve is an asset to both is employer and any building that he manages due to is extensive industry knowledge!
As a former tenant, it is worth mentioning that the Building Manager Steve from the Tiara apartments in Southbank went above and beyond to assist with the move in and out of the building, attended to issues and maintenance swiftly, managed the residents' safety during lockdown and ensured the building cleanliness and general upkeep was maintained. Very well managed at all times.
Steve has always been very supportive and caring over the nearly 3 years I've been living at Tiara Apartments!:)
For us, 24 Seven Maintenance Team led by John was a life saver! Our building in the Box Hill community was poorly run by the previously OC manager Adrian of BCS, and the fire contractor Wormald. The building always had false fire alarm occurring once every few months, and shockingly never any records were kept for the routine services/test carried out by Wormald. Our building could not even obtain AESMR due to all the pending defects and lack of service records.the list of issues was endless, until John's team come along and fixed it one by one, and restored order and safety!
John has the knowledge and the expertise, and most importantly, he provides pragmatic solutions to the problem.
Anyone who is looking for real solution, go to 24: Seven! Highly recommended
Steve is an industrious and hard working individual. He always strives for excellence and is a team player. It is always a pleasure to deal with him. He has great organizational skills and communicates well with his contractors. I have worked with Steve for the past 3 years. He is the eyes and ears of Haig Street and will be greatly missed.
