Contacted Ian after hours on a public holiday with an issue with our gate lock. Ian responded within the hour confirming the appointment for the next day which was the GF weekend.

Ian came out today after getting a call from our real estate to fix our front door lock. Ian is very kind, polite and professional. Arranging a time with him was easy, he got the job done in less than 15 minutes and I feel much safer at home now knowing my door is fixed.
He also made sure to re-key the lock to fit our existing deadbolt so that we didn't have to have the hassle of multiple keys to fit the one door.

Ian came out on a Sunday evening to change out locks after my husbands keys were stolen.

Was within an hour of calling him, Ian was great and changed front door, side gate and 1 roller door, and made sure the other 2 roller doors were locked up tight until new locks arrived.

100% would recommend and use again, just hope we never have too
