Ok. But could be much better. Ordered two enclosures, both missing parts. They sent out a replacement for one of the missing parts but haven't sent the second one, so had to go to Bunnings and doctor the 90 degree connection using a PVC connector. Whichever factory it comes from is lacking in QA.
Also, the Par 3 enclosure is ok but the Par 5 enclosure is too flimsy for its size and barely supports its own weight. The Par 5 needs more sturdy support framing.

Good customer service, unfortunately the Velcro on impact screen and enclosure are of very poor quality. For the money they are charging you at least want the thing to stay up. Have had to pay someone to completely replace with better quality materials after 6 months

I ordered a Skytrak unit online through 24/7 Golf Australia then found out a few hours later that the new Skytrak2 was coming out. I rang to cancel my order first thing the next day and told them what I found out and they said it was coming out but they didn’t know if they were even going to sell it and talked me into buying the Original Skytrak. Three weeks later the new unit is in the pre order stage and they are selling it. The service and unit are good but disappointed in the Skytrak company not letting on a new device was imminent as I would have waited and paid the extra for it.

Alistair was incredible to purchase from, the website is easy to use and has plenty of information to take out some of the guess work. Delivery was within a few days and well packaged. I have since purchased the side nets for the net. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

It has tons of feature for improving your game. Once you correctly calibrated, it's pretty much on point. There's a little delay but that it acceptable for a simulation. It'll save you money in the long run.

Overall, SkyTrak is a really awesome.
It's intuitive, precise, and has lot of extra features. I'm very happy with it.

Contacted Daniel for some advice on selling my clubs. Was ignored, treated rudely and then ignored some more. Simply asked for some assistance and get shafted. Terrible customer service. Would give less stars if possible.

Stay away from this website. Would not but things from them. I bought a skytrack metal case from them recently. I realised that this is not the same as the one from the skytrack website in the US. That packaging is just wrapped in bubble wrap with no official box. It does not have screw at the bottom to secure your skytrack so the skytrack can topple if you knock it. I would not get this metal case eventhough they claim it is an official case. I requested a return. They would not offer it. I called them up and they hung up on me. Their website states they are commited to customer satisfaction but they are actually more interested in getting your money.

Don't buy brought a flightscope Mevo+ from golfbox that was supplied to them from this company. Mevo was supplied with a American plug told i have to buy an adaptor or new use 240v wall plug hasn't work from the first time spoke to Daniel via email just kept saying the same thing asked for a phone call was told no must have to spend more the $4k to be worth dialing. Was told I have to send it back to him for his testing even though I have shown it not work in my environment. So asked for a refund as service was below 1 star rating and so is the product was then told I couldn't cause I have claimed the E6 subscription which you have to do to see if it works. Not matter this is there out to steal your money and snooker you into a product that's not worth $500.stay away
