Excellent customer service with prompt replies from the staff via sms/WeChat at all times. They can prepare and get ready your medicine in just about 15 mins after receiving your prescriptions. The shop also operates on Sundays which is a great news to parents who need to take care of their sick kids over weekends. Highly recommend!

I suffered from serious indigestion for 20+ years. After eating, i always felt nauseous, bloating, heartburn, stomach discomfort etc. I had seen numerous western doctors and chinese doctors over these 2 decades, but none seemed to be long term fix. Until i see Dr Jenny Li!

Dr Jenny Li prescibed mixture/combination of herbs for me and totally cured my indigestion in just 3 months! I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness and her accurate judgement. I had a chronic shoulder and hamstring strain for about 3 years. The injuries was a result from military service. Although no muscle tissue was explicitly broken or tore (I know because I had many many scans: ultrasounds and MRIs) but there is intense tension buried deep within my hip joint and should/neck rotators.

I tried many physiotherapist and Traditional Chinese acupuncturists, although a lot showed understanding of my injury, none was helpful. That is until Dr. Li.

She was able to accurately identify, understand and TREAT the pain that I was experience from the "invisible" tensions buried at depth within my muscles.

Before her treatment my should and leg felt "locked up" and weak. All basic motor function is there but just wasn't as it used-to-be.

But since her treatment, I felt strength and control returning to my leg and shoulder, and the light of hope of cure.

If you have a chronicle/any injury or illness that has been unfruitfully treated, definitely recommend Dr. Li.

I’ve been to a few traditional Chinese medicine doctors who have been rubbish, it’s so good to finally find a good one in Melbourne. She’s 70 and doesn’t speak any English though so either be prepared to be translated to or have a basic understanding of Mandarin. Highly recommended.

I’ve seen dr Li for two months now. She has so much knowledge about acupunture and how it can help treat the symptoms. She always listens to my problems and gives me tips for speedy recovery. Her skilful acupunture treatment really helps me gain my hair back and relieve stress symptoms. Definitely one of the best docs I’ve ever seen. Recommend.
