Disgusting people, the worst of the worst. If you are considering signing ANYTHING with these scums please read my experience before you make your decision. They structure and model their business on sucking more money out of you, and they carefully coordinated how to do the least work possible- it became glaringly obvious quickly.

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS.

23Digital overpromise, underdeliver, and have the guts to ask for more money- at every opportunity. They have no issue with trying their absolute best to run down your contract and suck all the money and time out of you. If you are a legitimate business, trying to improve your website- please look elsewhere.

There is no integrity- please read:

Initially, there were lots of meetings regarding the requirements. That OK, it is intended to get everyone on the same page. It became disturbing when it became more and more obvious that EVERYTHING needed to be coordinated by us. There was no responsibility for the development of the website shown by 23Digital. If we didn't contact them regarding the web development- nothing would have ever happened. There were months of this, before agreed upon designs had been drawn up, and requirements and "development points" were confirmed. Again, about 6 improvements and a few designs took over 5+ months- and still underperformed.

It really started after telling them that we were going to be utilising a new software for our products. They immediately came to our office to upsell their own systems and explain why it was better.

It wasn't better, so they decided to be condescending, degrading, and constantly diverted as it turned out their plot to upsell even more failed infront of their eyes.

Again, this was their managing director doing this to our face. Appalling and disgusting.

Then came the "development stage". It took us up to 8months just to get the demo version of our website. The design itself was recycled with a new font from our previous website, and frankly ugly. It took another 2 months just to get the design up to a suitable scratch, and money on getting a designer to make the design of the website to a standard.

Most shockingly, even after all the meetings and time that had lapsed- almost all if not all of the features that we asked for, were not there. This was after $30k+ of our contract at 8 months (more if you include our SEO package).

The reason I am here, is because we originally signed the contract because we were told a feature that we were looking for on our new website- was not included in the demo. After asking how this was missed, they did not give me reason. This was also after we had switched project manager to a new person, a person higher up, thus to give me the illusion our problems would be fixed.

And toward the end of our contract after 11months, $40k ($65k+ all together), with this hugely important feature still not added, and another attempt to delay the project, a price and a condition was given to us in order to have the feature added.

They wanted us to sign a contract extension and make us pay for it.

23Digital run their business like criminals- they are fraudsters. No empathy, no respect, and no integrity.

10 year ago I was conned by this company formerly Dream Consultancy. They over charged me to develop a hotel booking websit by using majento and majento is used for ecommerce development. I was told it will be developed from scratch but they bought a template and pluggins which didnt work and they outsourced the job to India while I was told it will be developed in house here in Melbourne. This job should have cost me at least $5k but they charged me $25k +gst. They never supported me and they even charged me for SEO and hosting. I wrote all the content. I was robbed by this company and I want my money back. I am coming back with a lawyer.
