Graeme was at the top of his game and lost almost everything due to addiction. Since beating his addiction, Graeme has turned his life around, and has spent the last 25 years doing the same for others.

I have known Graeme for 20 years and I’ve witnessed first hand the extraordinary impact and success of his programs.
As an executive coach, I have seen the destruction and impact of addiction, from losing jobs, family and often sadly lives.

The 21renew program is groundbreaking and life changing. I would highly recommend it to any executive needing to make changes in their life.

I have been friends with Justin for close to 30 years and known Graeme for around 10 years. I have read his book which is a great read. Unfortunately both Justin and I succumbed to substance abuse issues in our lives. Whenever i was in a dark place from which i couldn't pull myself out of Justin would do anything he could to help me. I could call Justin anytime day or night and he would come and see me to ensure i was ok. Justin always provided support whether i was sober or not. He never judged me and he has a unique ability to relate to people from all walks of life. With Justin being in recovery himself he knows exactly what people who have substance abuse issues are going through. I'm currently sober 15 months and i still call Justin on most days for a chat about life and the wonderful things sobriety has given me. Justin has been a wonderful friend and mentor to me on the path of recovery. He has guided me on the stages that i will encounter as i travel the through sobriety. So thank you Justin. I'm not sure where i would be without your guidance.

Graeme has helped many people over 30 years with alcohol addiction and I’m sure he will continue to do so with 21Renew.
He has a great understanding of addiction and he’s a genius at communicating what is necessary to change your life.

Finally there is a Program out there for Executives that is do-able!
As a Counsellor it is often difficult to find appropriate Programs for clients! This 21 Renew Program
Is ideal for those who have time limitations! What a fabulous “Circuit Breaker “for those who are trying to manage a highly stressful work life with Drugs and Alcohol! I have admired Graeme Alford’s work as a Presenter and Mentor for many years! He “Gets It” and “He Cares”. I highly Recommend this Program!

I am a big fan of Graeme, Justin and the 21 renew program. Its a well thought out program, that looks like it addresses everything it needs to and at the same time offering flexibility for the unforeseen. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to any of my friends and/or family. It is a very tricky and sensitive topic, and comes at a vulnerable time in anyones life - but these guys are a safe pair hands.

I have know Graham for 15 years, he has walked the walk of sobriety for many more years than that. His ability to break through to those of us who have been trapped in our old ways is nothing short of miraculous.
This is a wonderful program that can change your life.

I have been associated with Graeme for over 5 years on both a professional and personal level. He has a genuine passion for people’s happiness and quality of life and he selflessly puts the needs of others before his own. The therapy methodologies and program which 21 Renew has developed are a vision into the future of successful rehabilitation.

A close relative of mine who had serious problems with alcohol went to see Graeme 2 years ago and decided to do one of Graeme's programs. I caught up with him at a family gathering about 6 months after he had completed the program and asked him how it went. He said he really related to Graeme's style and the way he explained things, and it has given him a whole new outlook on his life going forward.

I met Graeme when I was very early in my recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Graeme's help, friendship and knowledge of my disease was and still is today, instrumental in myself still remaining clean and sober many years later. I am very confident in saying, I would not be the man I am today if I had not met Graeme.

I have known Graeme for many years. He has given his advice and experience to people with addiction issues for many years most of it selflessly asking nothing in return. He is not a man who does this for financial gain and that will be obvious when you witness the enthusiasm he engenders when he delivers his workshops. He does this work because he believes in it and I have had many clients over the years who have benefited from his experience, his commitment and the energy with which he delivers it. I highly recommend you call Graeme if you need focus and direction.

Over the past 3 years I have witnessed the transformation in 4 individuals who were suffering from drug and alcohol abuse and were referred to Graeme Alford.
Not only does Graeme support clients to develop increased well-being and self awareness building on their strengths, he also provides a “real” approach by identifying and relating himself to his clients. He shares his incredible and eye opening journey with clients allowing them to feel comfort that they are and never will be alone.
If you know of anyone who is struggling with issues relating to alcohol and/or drug use- please refer them to Graeme with great confidence and comfort.

I have known Graeme for over 25 years and in that time I have seen him help numerous people with drug and alcohol problems. His work helping a close personal friend of mine to get his life back together was nothing short of fantastic! Graeme was a successful barrister who went completely off the rails due to his addiction to alcohol and finished in jail. Since his release from prison he has totally turned his life around and it is probably best summed up by Channel 2’s Australian Story who labelled him “The Comeback King. ” His personal experiences, I feel, place him perfectly to be able to help others. Any executive who wants to confront their use of drugs or alcohol should speak to Graeme and his team at 21renew.

When it comes to executives with drug and alcohol issues Graeme and his team at 21renew understand what they need. Graeme’s legal background, his personal story and recovery provide him with an intimate understanding of exactly what an executive is going through and his programs reflect this.
