I spent hours looking for the hole the possums were using. In the end I rang professionals - they came next day and found it in 30 min. I was on the roof and could not believe it was big enough for possums. But that night they left through the one way door and no noises since. One week later they came back and blocked the hole after removing the one way door. Perfect service. And the guarantee of 2 years awesome!
