16 Beach General Store

Great little store which provided me with a much needed coffee after a 90 minute walk in the sun. Very friendly service.

Love this store and their ethos to stock high quality and organic products (including fruit and veg) great coffee and fresh sourdough bread - Frank and his staff are super-friendly and create a nice energy/vibe too - I wouldn’t shop anywhere else when I’m in the area.

Pretty average coffee. Was super busy though and they just wanted everyone out. Felt weird.

This is less a 'general store' and more an 'organic boutique greengrocer. ' This isn't a bad review, but people should know that this is not an affordable place to shop and plan their leisure activities accordingly. This is not the place to pop into for an ice cream or some cheap picnic lunch items.

Amazing selection of top quality groceries and healthy alternatives that you won't find at any of the Peninsulas supermarkets. Happy to support a family business who obviously care about what they do. This is not your standard general store with smokes and junk food - It's far better than that.

Wanted instant coffee, milk, chocolate and liquorice allsorts and margerine,
No lollies, no chocolate, no instant coffee, what the?
They had milk, and when I asked for instant coffee I was informed that I should go to Woolworths. If I wanted to support the conglomerates I wouldn't have gone to this very organic tiny good for nothing store, IGA in Blairgowrie did the trick.

Small store selling basic essentials plus a few touristy items. Only serve coffee for a limited amount of time which is disappointing, hence the 3 stars.

The BEST coffee going around. I’m fussy with my coffee and generally make my own at home, old fashioned Italian style.but I can say this coffee has amazing flavour, it’s made perfectly every time by the friendly staff. The general store is packed with locally made produce and products as well.

I purchased a welcome basket of goodies for some friends moving into a new house recently. The team at 16 Beach GS made it easy for me especially during lockdown. They made up the basket, sent me photos of it, included a card and delivered the basket on time. Great job 16 Beach General Store

So glad we found this little gem! Absolutely love shopping here. So many great products that we honestly just cant find anywhere else. Staff are always so friendly.

Just moved here and this is the closest coffee place. Best coffee I've had for a long time and nice staff. Glad it's close to home!

Frank has the best coffee at a reasonable price and also wonderful organic produce. Bread from local bakers, smallgoods and grocery items. Aside from this, Frank always makes time for a chat. Music on weekend mornings and opposite 16th Beach. Really the best!

The best general store and organic foods on the Peninsula, Coffee is Wonderful and they make a mean Chai!
