Very well located to the city and surrounds. Floorboards noisy throughout the night with other's coming U and down stairs All night.

Do not stay here. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Booked off Expedia where it was listed as a "hotel" with photos that were SO misleading. When we entered the house it stunk of cigarettes with lots of people drunk downstairs. The room upstairs was a horror show with stains and marks all over every surface. We felt so uncomfortable we left instantly as we could not stay there. Notified expedia and expedia attempted to get us a refund but the "hotel" didn't bother to reply. This place mortified us, don't waste your time and money, so utterly disappointing. And so unprofessional that they failed to reply, and now I'm out of pocket $150! Disgusting

I had the ensuite room.tried to plug my phone charger near bed - that electrical socket does not work, dead flies on windows, dead fly on floor, toilet paper not even on a holder, no bin in ensuite, the home itself is in dire need of renovations, could not close window and people were playing loud music past 10: 30pm when I up and left and went to stay at Ibis in the city.you get what you pay for. $60 wasted.this place is shocking.

Stay at this place for a while, there was a lot of drug use going on, and a lot of people coming in and out over the lockdown period who weren't staying there at the time, syringes were found down the side exit iswell, was also a lady there who would shower and flood the bathroom and not clean it, her hygiene was very poor. There was also a guy that was staying there would eat everyone's food and also he was a raging abusive alcoholic. Apart from that it wasn't a bad place. It was well managed!

I went to this place not too long ago. I don't really like it, there's very little security and people who don't even live there can come and go at ease and do whatever they want! It's only supposed to be short term accommodation but there's people there that are making a lifestyle out of it!

Paid 250wk for a pod.
Bring your own bedding, toilet paper, cutlery, esky and anything else you need to be comfortable. This is place is only good for somewhere to sleep. I was planning to stay for a few months/longer if everything worked out and I liked it.
I chose a pod to stay in. There is no locking door or window, on the pod, it's just a curtain. It blocks no noise unfortunately, so I feel bad for the others in the house because of how bad I snore.
The pod is a double size but there's a futon of single size inside it. Its very short too, I'm 5'1 and found it cramped and hard to stretch.
Everything smelt of stale cigarettes, pillow was flat and very old. The blankets provided were kids sleeping bags and thin fleece blankets.
No room in the fridge or freezer.
Place feels like it's falling apart.
The front door was never kept shut, always open. You don't know who's staying there or not since just anyone can walk in. The pin pad is pointless.
Didn't look anything like the photos but I didn't have any other choice at the time.
The atmosphere was bad. More then once I heard people threatening others/mumbling to themselves. Not a fan of the yelling or people wandering around the house in just a towel.
No cups, cutlery or anything. Yes I looked in the cupboards.
The bathroom is constantly wet. A bath mat would be an easy fix to stop the water from leaking out of the shower.
On the plus side, the area is full of wonderful restaurants and is right next door to the tram and aldi/Woolworths and communicating with the owner was bad. He was prompt and polite. That being said I mentioned nothing to him that I said in this review because I saw the responses the other reviews got.
Don't even mention I'm being fussy or that it's a budget stay. It's really not an excuse.

I didn't stay here my friend had it booked and i told him to just come stay at my house. It was very dirty with marks all over doors and walls. It is shared with other guest some sleeping in pods and it was in need of some house keeping from other guests. I don't wish to offend owners but it was very disappointing to see. Bedding was worse than what you see on side of road for hard trash collection
