1300TempFence Temporary Fencing Hire & Sales Australia Wide

CAUTION: DO NOT USE. Thoroughly disappointed in their performance and the significant additional charges for alleged missing panels and for monthly on-hire over the initial period. They nearly tripled the monthly rate after the initial period ended. I've instructed my entire team to use others due to their business practices.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL, VERY DODGY!
I received a quote from 1300tempfence.com.au stating the price (which was cheap compared to others), was happy with price & accepted their quote.
They sent an invoice which I paid in full and organised delivery and received conformation from them.
3 days before delivery they ring to say sorry our computer did the wrong price and it is now double the amount I have paid and also sorry but we are unable to deliver that day anymore.
After a few attempts I finally spoke to the manager who was very rude on phone and said my order will be cancelled if I do not pay the extra amount as the business is not losing out on any money for a computer error.
WTAF? If you send a quote and the customer excepts and pays then its on you NOT the customer!
Wish I had read the other reviews, sounds like they are very dodgy. Extremely unimpressed with this company!

Fast reaponse and good customer service! Booked the fences in the morning and get delivered at noon. Thanks for Gavin to arrange all of these. Recommend to everyone.

I booked 1300TempFence based on their reputation and my experience did not end up being as intended.
- A part of the temp fence I hired was lost/stolen during the hire period (most of which was in the Victorian COVID lockdown) and I ended up partially paying for it.
Thanks to the their GM operations who was supportive and ended up presenting a reasonable resolution considering the circumstances we were in but not before multiple calls and emails going between us.

Friendy and professional service. Also I would like to Big thanks to warehouse’s manager Daniel n his teams. And I extremely happy with his services and teams. Thanks you to 1300 temp fence. I definitely recommend!

No call back after initial attempt to get a quote but guy on phone was helpful when I called back next day. Arranged delivery for next day PM with promise of a call 30 mins prior. Got call from their office before midday complaining the driver was on site and had been trying to call but my phone was disconnected. Rushed to site to find that they’d given the driver the wrong number. Delivery guy was great, guy on the phone from the office needs a course in customer service and an attitude adjustment

I will just like to say a really BIG thank you to James for your wonderful service, thank you to 1300 Temp Fence for the friendly and professional service. I will definitely recommend and use you again.

Watch out for this company. They were recommended by the builder but i regret using them. Based on the information I provided the person who accepted the order quoted lesser than the actual panels I needed. As a first time builder I wasn't aware of the extra returns required and they never informed me to order extra instead charged me $195 for a second delivery which is a rip off (no.of panels in total was still within the hire term of initial hire) Ended up costing me more than if I got demolition company to organise. Then when the builder went on site and took over fencing they did a stocktake and tried to charge me for missing panels and accessories and demanded a response within 24 hours to avoid a missing stock invoice. I have done 2 previous stock takes and counted all equipment did a 3rd one and send them photos to prove that nothing was missing. They then sent a person who could count properly. Watch out they will try rip you off whenever possible.

I highly reccomend people to try another hire fence company all you get is grief they seemed professional before payment was made then got stuffed around from there, very poor management skills and very blunt I just wish I read the reviews before hand.

Pathetic company highly do not recommend they stuffed us around installation day was late and fence was not picked up on time. Got told by contractor that company screw their workers around and manager is a complete tool.: don’t waste your time with this mob.

Shocking service. Picked up their fence after their hire period ended and then tried sending a bill for missing stock that was never delivered to us. My advise, try another hire company.

Let us down last minute for an important event! Promised the world and then didn't deliver. Took the money fast enough though. Do not rely on them.
