35 Im really happy with my trainings at UBX Kew, the coaches are amazing, they are really helpful and understanding. I can go any time during the open hours and start my 40 minutes training without being late or earlier for a class things that is really good when you can’t manage timings!
I sign up for the 6 weeks challenge and so far is being an amazing experience

The trainers at 12RND Kew are really personable and knowledgeable. You feel like you are getting a lot of attention and they are great at explaining new things - I’ve only just started a few weeks ago and it’s been a great experience so far - definitely happy I chose this gym - the boxing element keeps it interesting and makes you feel stronger. Recommend highly.
I joined 12RND Kew after having my second baby and was a little nervous about how intense it might be, would my body be up to it? However the greatest thing about it is that you can start at your own pace, and gradually build up over time as you gain strength and agility. The trainers are there to help you and make adjustments if you are unable to do certain exercises. But most importantly, the model is structured so that you are always pushing yourself to do better each time you come. The trainers are lovely and great fun to be around. And the workout? ! To be in an out in 45 minutes with a killer work out! Who wouldn't want that? ! Had never tried boxing before and I LOVE it!
I LOVE 12Rnds Kew - it is the best gym I have ever been a member. The atmosphere is great; with fabulous and supportive environment and amazing trainers! Works for all levels - so supportive and encouraging, but the best part is NO strict start time! I get to rock up when ready! Highly recommend.
Great team of coaches and very supportive group. I love the no start time and no pre-booking concept which means I can go anytime thats convenient to me. And the calorie burn is in a single session is phenomenal! I train up to 4 times a week and I’ve never been fitter at age 46.
Simply put it's a fun and surprisingly challenging workout. Not just punching things,
Highly encourage.

I joined 12RND Kew 4 months ago; and for the first time in my life, I have toned arms. I love the format. In 45mins, I am in and out; I've worked hard and fast; the instructors are very personable and generate a highly motivating and energetic environment. I recommend it to anyone looking for a physical challenge.
I've been a member of 12RND Kew for 2+ years and can't rate it highly enough! I genuinely enjoy the workouts, and the trainers are super supportive and encouraging.
Boy, don't they make you work. I'd reach round 2 and I'd already be sweating!

45mins, in and out, start when you want, no class times. Great cross training, especially for runners. And you get to punch s! @#t. What's not to like?

It had been a while since i did any exercise, gyms can be very intimidating when you're out of shape. I like how focused and friendly everyone is, I see Charles most of my session, and i need that training and encouragement to keep going, So happy to find something that fits in with kids, a business and work
Highly recommend this gym for improving your strength and fitness. The trainers are so motivating that I find I work a lot harder than when I train by myself. It is like having a 1: ! Personal trainer. I also love the flexibility of NO classes - I walk in and start straight away so there's no downtime waiting for a class to begin. Thanks guys!
I've tried almost every gym out there and 12 Round Kew is my absolute favourite. I love the friendly, supportive environment and how I get greeted by my name every time I arrive. I love that there are no set class time tables and I can start my work out at a time that suite me. I really enjoy the 1: 1 boxing with my trainer and how the workouts change each day. The gym is clean and equipment is in great condition. Highly recommend for any fitness level.
